In Gorizia I didn't find anything similar to Urban Homy Gorizia, with a kitchen, all amenities, a big enough room, etc. The washing machine didn't work at all; the refrigerator was not cold enough; it was not possible to buy food for more than 3 days because it would end up in the garbage; there was no umbrella on the terrace (32–36 C every day); chairs on the terrace were broken; dishes were very old and disgusting to use; it wasn't as clean as it should be; very uncomfortable beds in living room and bedroom. For 100 EUR per day, sorry, but it's not worth that money...

I stayed for one night, but in order not to leave my luggage in the car, we were glued to the stairs for 2 floors, upon entering the room I immediately noticed little animals wandering around on the floor and this morning a nice bug on the curtain, it's not the best

Positive: Convenient and very quiet location, parking along the road right in front. Spacious apartment, very good online check-in service and remote entry over the phone with the operator. Bright, very comfortable electric shutters, essential air conditioning. Lobby with free, unlimited coffee and hot drinks. Negative: Single mattresses attached instead of a double which left a hole in the center which was really uncomfortable, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the bed bases creaked, pillows needed to be changed. Identical body and hand soap when instead it is put in different bottles which seem to indicate different, quality products. No oven even if it was indicated in the services available. Time of passage of the cleaning company to be reviewed. With a small child we had to return later because they didn't arrive before 11 and with the heat it was it was tiring to stay outside during the hottest hours.

Totale mancanza di manutenzione e pulizia. Muri sporchi, divano letto scomodo e cigolante ad ogni movimento, lampadine bruciate, tende sporche e appese male, soffione della doccia che fischiava, cucina appiccicosa, porte sporche, lenzuola non adatte al copripiumino, mobili rovinati, sala caffè con macchina sempre non funzionante. Foto annuncio non corrispondenti alla realtà. Vergogna! 2 notti per più di 400 euro è un furto.

Faccio delle premesse, non ho prenotato io questa struttura. Dopo la prenotazione per esigenze professionali abbiamo cercato di contattare l'organizzazione, prima via mail, dove non è stata data nessuna disponibilità di flessibilità, poi telefonicamente dove per giorni non siamo risusciti a parlare con nessun operatore, Solo dopo una mail molto severa siamo stati contatati da un altro numero di telefono e siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione. Il tutto troppo complesso per risultare soddisfatti. La sera siamo stati guidati alla camera da un'adorabile signora anziana, per la quale provo tenerezza e rispetto, l'unico motivo per il quale la mia recensione è positiva. Camera ampia e abbastanza pulita, il materasso direi da dimenticare. L'autogestione della struttura, unita ad una pessima insonorizzazione delle camere, per me hanno rappresentato un grosso problema. Posso dire che fino alle 2:30 del mattino c'è stato un via vai di ragazzi che alloggiavano, decisamente poco educati, vociare con toni elevati, tv a manetta a quelle ore. Logico che senza nessun controllo, chi è già poco educato di suo ci va a nozze. Colazione fatta il giro a Gorizia in quanto è disponibile solo una macchinetta come quelli degli uffici, anche no. Decisamente molto ma molto da migliorare, non ci tornerei, non fa per me.
