"Positive: Convenient and very quiet location, parking along the road right in front. Spacious apartment, very good online check-in service and remote entry over the phone with the operator. Bright, very comfortable electric shutters, essential air conditioning. Lobby with free, unlimited coffee and hot drinks. Negative: Single mattresses attached instead of a double which left a hole in the center which was really uncomfortable, the mattresses were uncomfortable and the bed bases creaked, pillows needed to be changed. Identical body and hand soap when instead it is put in different bottles which seem to indicate different, quality products. No oven even if it was indicated in the services available. Time of passage of the cleaning company to be reviewed. With a small child we had to return later because they didn't arrive before 11 and with the heat it was it was tiring to stay outside during the hottest hours."

"Wonderful old-world palazzo situated within walking distance of the Castle and across the street from two popular restaurants. Our room had elegant furnishings with brocade drapes and tall windows overlooking the central courtyard. Surprisingly there were few guests and we missed breakfast so I can't rate the included meal. The amenities were basic and we arrived when a new staff member was being trained so service was slow. Parking at the nearby university was a short walk away."

"A 3-star hotel where nothing is left to the case. wide rooms with air conditioning TV and Wi-Fi. Excellent cleaning, gentleness and friendliness of all staff, good quality and variety of breakfast, sweet and salty food. Large parking. The location is very convenient, in the outskirts of Gorizia, about 1.5 km from the historic centre and a few km from Slovenia."
