When we got to the hotel, we was not on the system, but the staff we're very professional, booking us in and sorting out the problem later.

Great staff, really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Good food for breakfast and in the evening. Special mention about the pancake stack, great vegan dessert. Clean room, comfy bed. Much thanks , Lucy, Lisa, Karen and Shelly

Would avoid eating as expensive for what you get chips undercooked no dip as stated on menu with hot wings, pancakes at breakfast were brought in and feel the ingredients are cheap

My friends first time in the hotel and the first night was good (JOHNATHON) was good he was very polite and second night was no food that we could eat for our meal deal that we paid for and we got served by SHELLY and TEGAN and they manner wasn't very nice towards us, very rude and we had additional needs so we ask for a refund and TEGAN said we couldn't have one. So we spent £60 for the 4 of us to have a meal deal plus another £90 next door which we had nice service and a very nice lady that served us. And also my mum had to ask to speak with manager (LAUREN) about a refund, and service was very poor from those two names mention SHELLY AND TEGAN

Stayed for a couple of nights with the kids in the Easter holidays. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. Excellent customer service from Lucy and delicious food by Shelly. Tegan on the bar was super friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Friendly staff this evening very helpfull, Johnathan and Shelly , nice meal curry and pizza . Breakfast always have to pick your time, but it was good . Disappointed they no longer do orange juice on its own , it’s mixed with apple juice!. Room clean and tidy

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. We had an excellent meal, served by Shelley and cooked by Jonathan. Lucy was amazing too who took our order. The check in process was very simple and straightforward and was done by Marlean.
