Удобное расположение отеля, в центре города Артем. Рядом через реку имеется мост и прогулочный парк, ведётся работы по соединению Райтекса с парком прогулочной дорожкой. В отеле тепло имеется отопление и сплитсистема в номерах. Все необходимые удобства имеются. На ресепшн, 3-м и 5-м этажах имеются кулеры с холодной водой.

Эттот отель был выбран на ресурсе Trip. com. Отзыв н был только один положительный, цена проживания более 5000 р за сутки. Выбирал этот отель основываясь на 1 отзыве и ценовой категори, другие в Артеме были ниже по цене. Ехать далеко не хотелось, т к прилетел вечером. Этот отель не соответствует цене, которую он просит. Приехал вечером, спасибо девченкам в столовой накормили ужин приличный. Поднялся в номер и был разочарован. Номер эконом, мебель простейшая из дсп, на полу уставший ламинат с щелями и вздутием, матрас очень мягкий таз прям провалиапется и спать не комфортно. В номере имеется все для комфортного проживания, все чисто, кое где требуется ремонт как мебели, так и помещений. Проживал сутки.

Не было возможности писать отзыв по горячим следам, но сейчас мы уже в России. Имели неосторожность забронировать номер на 2 суток, 7-8 августа, так как прилет был в 4 ночи 8 августа, а вылет был в 1 час ночи 9 августа. Администратор на ресепшене никак не хотела нас заселить, мотивируя тем, что у нас бронь на 7 августа. Пытались объяснить, что астрономические сутки не совпадают с гостиничным временем заезда (14 час) и выезда (12 час). Бронь на 7 августа предполагает, что мы имеем право заселиться хоть на час до 12 часов 8 августа, но бесполезно! Обращалась очень грубо, по хамски! Если бы у нас не было брони на следующие сутки, могли бы остаться двое очень пожилых человека на улице в незнакомом городе посреди ночи! Неужели такойо кризис с кадрами, что вы набираете чуть ли не с улицы таких хамок? Или проведите какой-нибудь ликбез о гостиничных правилах проживания и этикете! Но, конечно, в вашу гостиницу впредь ни ногой!

Гостиница не плохая, останавливались в ней третий раз, два первых были еще до ковида, этот период на всех наложил свои след к сожалению. Расположение достаточно удобное, близко до мест где можно перекусить, очень удобная кровать, белое белье, вода горячая, что еще нужно путешественникам. Завтрак достаточный: яичница, отварной рис помидоры, две сосиски и бекон, тосты, джем, хлопья, кофе чай. Вполне достаточно. Спасибо
