Плюсы: 1) ОЧЕНЬ приветливые сотрудники - всех категорий, помогающие и доброжелательные. 2) бесплатный фитнес-зал - небольшой, но приличный. 3) интерьер в холлах - приятный. (в номерах - сильно по-разному). 4) горячая вода - прям горячая и идет сразу. 5) Завтраки - средне, но наедаешься. Большой плюс - бесплатная кофемашина с разнообразным выбором напитков. 6) хороший большой ресторан, но дорогой - по цене приемлемы только комплексные бизнес-ланчи с 12-ти до 15ти (выбор блюд у них хор, и можно заказывать ланч-бокс на вечер), 7) ВАЙ-ФАЙ - стабильный, хоть и не очень удобный и не очень быстрый. но тянет три моих девайса ++. 8) вокруг есть магазинчики и кафешки (из ближайших мне относительно понравилась "Венера") Минусы: 1) у меня был стандарт-номер, и там мебель и чистота нормальная. но : - розеток мало и неудобные: чтобы у стола подключить комп - приходится ОТОДВИГАТЬ СТОЛ и ОТКЛЮЧАТЬ ХОЛОДИЛЬНИК (потому что там только одна розетка) !! у кровати тоже только одна розетка, подключить сразу два девайся - никак. Так что берите с собой тройники. - санузел подуставший: все чисто вымыто, но ... - в душевой кабине нет ключков (они были, но отломаны, остались торчащие останки). Вентили на кранах разнокалиберные, плитка есть пошорканая. - в номере душно (вечером после работы прям чувствуется запах пыли синтетических полов и порошков), а на улице минус 30, а окна не открываются на микро-проветривание, приходится морозить комнату и греть улицу ((. 2) нет камеры хранения для чемодана (разрешают хранить в подсобке). 3) рядом аэродром Дземги - днем и вечером шумно летают самолеты.
