ужасный сервис.все старое. сантехника не исправна мебель старая такого совдеповской гостиницы давно не видела. единственный + это центр города и красивое историческое здание. не теряйте время есть много новых отелей в городе.не рекомендую!!!

По роковой случайности оказался в этом адовом месте. Самолет не приняли в месте назначения и пассажиров разместили здесь. Накладки возможны при внезапном расселении большого количества людей. И по каким-то неурядицам и временным сложностям с приемом и размещением людей претензий нет. Но объективно: старая, обветшалая гостиница, с неприятным запахом в коридоре, номере и санузлах. В номере нет чайника. Чайника, Карл! На этаже кулер с чуть теплой водой. На просьбу помочь с решением проблемы поиска кипятка: администратор развел руками и ничего не предложил. Охранник возмущенно присоединился к позиции администратора с порицанием моих «завышенных»требований. При этом, наверняка себе они в горячем чае не отказывают. Даже Ленин помогал солдатам с кипятком (как нам рассказывали в детстве). В номере нет микроволновки. Где ее искать-неизвестно. Пришлось греть еду на батарее. На батарее, Карл!!! В 21-м веке!!!Держитесь подальше от этого места. Только альтернатива ночевки на улице. Неудобства гостей возможно компенсировать квалифицированной работой персонала. Но это явно не про данную гостиницу.
