Хороший большой номер , в номере есть все необходимое , хороший матрас, чистое белье , за эту стоимость в сравнении с отелями другой сети в Ростове однозначно большой плюс ! Рекомендую .

We had a great experience at this hotel on July 25, 24. Rooms were clean, and check-in (parking too) was fast and easy—two bottles of free water in the room. And for the rest of the story- I left my wedding ring in the room and didn't discover it until we were home. Ms. Kim, the head of security, went out of her way to get it to us via overnight shipping. Everyone was fabulous in dealing with this and I wish I had more names, but know you're in good hands here. Thanks to all!

Плюсы: - Своя парковка; - Хороший номер. Минусы: - Цена. Считаю завышенной. За 4-х звездочный Hilton в Волгограде заплатили почти в 2 раза меньше; - Питание скудное и не очень вкусное. В ресторане при отеле заказали шашлык из говядины, так его есть было невозможно, вместо мяса одни жилы. В 9 утра на завтраке было 3 кусочка сыра одного вида. Разве персонал не должен следить за сервировкой блюд? Вывод: Антураж, номер на 4 звезды, питание ниже среднего. Еще бы раз в этом отеле не остановились.
