In a pleasant shock from the hotel! I did not expect that everything will be so convenient and so much for people! the location is gorgeous - in the very center and easy to find. around a lot of places where you can go. Great breakfast. the room has everything you might need! did not want to leave!

The hotel is generally good, well located. The hall is made beautiful, the elevators are also, but the room fund is much modest. The first thing that scared was the terrible smell in the room, smelled some chemistry. As explained in the reception, it smells of washing machines, but why is it so strong? In the corridor there was also a smell, which is unpleasant, the window in the end part did not open, the pen broke. But in general, the room, though small, but cozy. The constantly open window gradually removed the smells of the room, although it added noise from the Grand Garden Street (although the 15th floor). The balcony in the room was not, but the view from the window was good. There is an air conditioner, but immediately turned it off and did not use it. In the bathroom, it's clean overall. The gym is very small, just one name. There's a jacuzzi but couldn't use it. Breakfast is decent, there's even champagne, but it's for amateur. The smooth room is, but it is well hidden on the seventh floor, if you don't know, you can't find it. In general, if you can remove the smell in the rooms, it's quite acceptable.

Были с женой в апреле 2023 года. Забронировали просто по телефону. Отличный отель в самом центре города по ул. Большая садовая, 100. Въезд на парковку с параллельной улицы (Социалистической) и со стоянки второй вход в гостиницу. На стоянке организует движение отличный менеджер. Номер отличный. В номере : тапочки, халаты, вода, чай, кофе, сахар и другие мелочи. В наличии подушки ДВУХ видов и еще можно выбрать другие по желанию. Первая глажка для гостей бесплатная. Огромный выбор в мини баре + вина за доп.плату. Уборка ежедневная. Туалетные принадлежности надо заказывать у администратора. Дают даже беруши и ночные очки для глаз. За дополнительную плату 700 руб. шикарные завтраки по типу «шведский стол». На ресепшене очень вкусные конфеты и яблоки. Попали в дождливую погоду, гостиница предоставляла шикарные зонтики. Персонал очень приветливый, культурный и просто красивый. Если 6 200 в сутки в апреле для вас приемлемая цена, то вам только сюда.

Спится здесь действительно хорошо Кровать огромная, удобный матрас, хорошие подушки, в номере хорошая звукоизоляция и светоизоляция, почти бесшумный кондиционер, много воздуха, вообщем выспались мы душевно Белье, полотенца, халаты, гигиенические наборы прекрасного качества Отличная сантехника, все новое, работает система вызова уборки, нормальная кофемашина, холодильник, новый телевизор, замечаний по техоснащению нет Персонал старательный, отзывчивый, любезный, быстро реагируют на все пожелания и просьбы Уборка номера качественная, протирают и полы и другие поверхности, моют зеркала Отель хорошо расположен в центре города и в то же время не очень шумная и людная улица Завтрак достаточный, продукты свежие, есть из чего выбрать Можно сделать заказ еды в номер, в среднем ожидание составит примерно час и это нормальное время для любого ресторанного сервиса Для меня был только один очень важный минус, мало света Дизайн с претензией на элегантность, но с такими тёмными стенами при отсутствии естественного освещения хотелось бы пару потолочных светильников, интимное освещение не всегда уместно. Всё таки отель не позицианирует себя как почасовой и гости бывают разные, в тч семьи с детьми, а в номерах реально темно, сплошной полумрак. Ещё очень рекомендую указать в описании номеров особенности в планировке и расположении окон, поверьте, это важная деталь при выборе отеля Думаю, отель больше подойдёт молодым людям В остальном всё очень неплохо Спасибо за гостеприимство, желаю процветания

Residing in Sevan Plaza for two weeks. Take a studio room deluxe. Only pleasant memories remain. Staff is very responsive, from the waitresses to the security professionals in their case. The room was ordered daily. Breakfasts are beautiful, you won't go hungry.There's no teapot in the room, but at any moment on the call you will bring a snowy porcelain teapot with boiler and cup. A separate parking lot for the car, everything under the cameras. I will always advise this hotel to friends.

I travel a lot, often in Rostov. This hotel was recommended by acquaintances, and you know, I'm glad to choose this. I'm delighted! I'll come back again. Everything wonderful from the entrance ... delicious smell on the resepshne, pleasant, smiling girls, compliment (local wine and peanuts ... petty, but pleasant) Clean rooms, and what beds ... straight royal: buoy pillows and blankets. Service at the height, service - super! A delicious, qualitative restaurant. Guys, I'll come back to you for sure. You're good! That's how to keep.

Very enjoyed the hotel. Convenient location, delicious breakfast with Don view, welcoming non-intruding staff. Modern building, but in a historic area, near the embankment. I have previously settled the standard settling time in the hotel, for which I have a separate thank you. I have chosen the hotel on the recommendations of acquaintances and join the positive feedback.

Having stayed at a number of hotels in Rostov and indeed Russia l found this one to be a great and fresh place to stay. Staff where wonderful and the lady on reception was just fantastic, perfect English and very willing to help me with all the forms and stamps that one has to deal with when staying in Russia. Room very, very clean and l did think l would be kept awake by the main road below my room but it was not that bad. Stayed in a hotel higher up in Rostov and it was a nightmare! Food great but not cheap hence l took to eating out, there are many places all with in walking distance. Breakfast at extra cost again far too much money but very good. Will be staying again defo!!
