Очень нравится отель! Были там уже 3 раза и еще приедем. Живешь как принцесса в замке! Окна с витражами, винтовая лестница в башню, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на Каму! Как в сказке.

Посещали данный объект, являющийся одним из знаковых мест Сарапула, не в первый раз. Главное преимущество заведения - это его расположение. Прекрасные виды на Каму позволяют простить некоторую неуклюжесть обслуживания совсем юными официантами и неодновременную подачу блюд на персоны одного стола. Атмосферны историческая архитектура здания, а внутри интерьер просторных залов с очень высокими потолками. Пища нареканий не вызывает - все вкусно, аппетитно, стильно оформлено. В качестве отеля заведение оценивать не приходилось. Впечатление, в целом, приятное.

Отель старый. Персонал ужасный, что в отеле, что в ресторане. Понабрали неопытных и очень молодых. Если загрузка чуть больше одного человека, они уже не справляются. Старый линолеум. Нет элементарных средств гигиены. В номерах темно и неуютно. Нет и еще раз нет. Единственный плюс- территория. На этом всё.

В ресторане "Старая башня " ,была в первые, можно наслаждаться только видами на Каму. Держится заведение, пока ещё, исключительно за счёт этого. Обслуживание и кухня - всё на слабую троечку. Разочарована.

Вчера отдыхали с друзьями в вашем заведений.гнетущая атмосфера тишины,без единого музыкального сопровождения. Кухня это просто разочарование!салат в греческом стиле с гренками-и принесли в итоге без гренок!попросили исправить данное упущение,по итогу в один салат положили кусок чёрного хлеба,во второй салат 2 кусочка чёрного хлеба.Мягкий хлеб нарезаный в форме гренки-это не гренки!!!сырная корочка на жульене была реально корочкой, которую брали руками. Собственно как нам объяснил официант-повар на кухне который готовил-это тоже бывший официант. Обучите поваров готовить по вашему меню. Еда не стоит тех денег которые мы заплатили.к вам больше ни ногой.
