The resort is quite with minimal activity. The stay is suitable for family purely for recuperate and getaway from busy city.

Very nice place to stay with family in the nature!

I visited on a family trip, and the facilities were clean and nice, and the staff were friendly.

We went on a family trip to celebrate the New Year. We booked a stay in Lausanne, but they upgraded our room in Lucerne, so everyone was very satisfied. It's a shame we only stayed one night.

Facilities: The room only had one pair of slippers in the toilet. There was no clothes rack in the toilet, only a hook behind the door, which was clearly insufficient. There should be at least three racks, one for dirty clothes, one for clean clothes, and one for towels, hung separately. Cleanliness: We stayed for two days, and no one came to clean. We even had to take our own trash out to throw it away. The mosquito screens were very dirty, probably hadn't been cleaned in a long time; our hands were black after touching them. Two rooms didn't have air conditioning, which could be very hot in the summer. Environment: Located at the foot of Seoraksan Mountain, the air is fresh and the environment is beautiful. Service: The room wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was quite good; you could bake your own waffles.

Deep in the forest, Seorak Valley was a place where fairies seemed to live. There were walking trails, a children's pool, sheep and deer ranches, and cute rabbits... It was a wonderful experience with the kids. There were so many little things to enjoy. A quick nap at the beach!!! The accommodations were neat and clean, and the private, Swiss-style, single-story unit had convenient parking. And I highly recommend enjoying a delicious breakfast in Montreux, overlooking Ulsanbawi Rock. It was a wonderful trip.

It was great. My 20-month-old loved seeing the animals. His favorite animal changed from a rabbit to a sheep.

If you're driving near Seoraksan Mountain, I highly recommend this hidden gem of a resort. It's a truly beautiful place, and the kids haven't stopped talking about it since our trip to Korea. ❤️❤️❤️

The sink was clogged, so I had to unclog it, but after that, every time I used the water, the sewage that should have drained into the sink overflowed onto the bathroom floor, and the dirty water with sewage pipe scum floating around touched my feet, which was a very unpleasant experience.

Every time I go there, I enjoy a comfortable rest.

The amenities and services were all great and it was a pleasant trip. However, I wish they would put more effort into animal care.

Perfect for a family trip! Goseong is a hot spot these days. Located close to Sokcho, it's a great location for enjoying both. Kensington Seorak Valley, Lausanne, a 26-pyeong (approximately 800 square feet) room, was more than enough for a family of four for two nights. We tried the breakfast and barbecue. The breakfast was healthy, delicious, and clean. The barbecue was generous with a variety of meats and seafood. It was just the right amount for our family, but meat lovers might find it a bit lacking. We saw deer roaming freely within the resort, fed rabbits for the first time in a while, walked and ran around the resort in the morning and evening, and even trekked to Hwaamsa Temple. The majesty of Ulsanbawi Rock is just around the corner, and the sound of the Cheonjincheon Stream serves as a lullaby to sleep. The wine provided by Trip.com was also fantastic. I definitely want to go back.

A very good hotel, the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate 5-9 people, and cooking is available. However, breakfast needs to be booked in advance for 7:30, 9:00, and 10:30 AM.

The view of Seoraksan Mountain, the encounters with flora and fauna, the fun, and the spacious accommodations were all great. I had a great time.
