"Clean and new hotel. Abit out of the way, but taxi/private hire makes it easy to travel to places like the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Sad that hotel charged me extra 3000 yen just to change the bedsheets once (when already paid approx 93000 yen for two nights). Otherwise nice Fujisan view - must pray the sky is clear otherwise the view may be impeded."

"Clean and nice room with a great view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is located right next to the premium shopping outlet, making it perfect for shopping trips. However, it's not very easy to access by public transportation; we rented a car at the airport and drove to the hotel."

"Rembrandt is located up in a mountain hill. The Fuji room views is nice, clean and very comfy bed. The onsen have a nice view of Mt Fuji. Is very clean and had 3 bath n a sauna. Free shuttle bus to Gotemba Station. The hotel is very close to bus stop going to Hakone or Gotemba. The service was excellent from front desk to dining room. Breakfast is great. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Rembrandt. Will be back 😃"

If you decide to book this place, I highly recommend double-checking your breakfast inclusion directly with the hotel beforehand to avoid this kind of unpleasant surprise."
