"It was the rainy season, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji, but the hotel is very new, and the room is quite spacious for Japan, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It's located behind the outlet mall; if you're coming from Tokyo by bus, you'll need to walk through the outlet and take an elevator up. It's super convenient if you're driving as it connects directly to the parking lot. Check-out is a bit early at 10 AM, and the private onsen needs to be booked and paid for separately."

"Had a good stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Booked the room facing mt Fuji and the view was really beautiful. The room is spacious and there are ample carpark slots available if you are driving. Additionally, it’s a 5 mins drive to Premium outlet too. However the public bath/onsen is relative small. Overall we had a good stay though! Thank you :)"

It was perfect for a family of three (parents and child) to sleep comfortably. The location is great, only 5 minutes from Gotemba Outlet, and there's a park and a Family Mart nearby. Highly recommend if you're looking for accommodation."

Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed."
