"It was around 20:00 PM. We arrived there. The reception was welcoming. Room was clean and equipped with furnitures as mentioned in the booking site. Mt.Fuji is viewed clearly from the balcony when the weather is clean. Overall, the stay was satisfying and comfortable."

Complete amenities plus free coffee and tea at the lobby.. the futon bed were comfortable to sleep with.. since we travel far we didnt have time to go out for dinner but to our surprise there is a free curry rice for all the guest … that was a plus points for us travelers❤️ -Onsen for men -laundry - breakfast was good too."

"Amazing hotel with daily morning Fuji View room. Location is up the mountain, 8 to 10mins drive away to gotemba premium outlet or free shuttle bus from hotel. On site onsen/hot bath is available in the hotel. Parking is free and breakfast need to reserve time slot to prevent overcrowding for good dining experience admiring Fuji ~"

"We got a lower level Fuji view room. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The Japanese breakfast is delicious but need to finish within 35 minutes so the next seating can be seated."
