"I happened to experience a 5.8 magnitude earthquake in the Fuji Five Lakes area. The whole room shook violently, and all the bottles and jars on the table fell to the floor. Surprisingly, the hotel was completely fine after the quake. The earthquake resistance is truly impressive! 👍 If it hadn't been for the earthquake, I'd say this hotel is incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to Gotemba for shopping, and the bus service to and from Tokyo is also very accessible. My only regret is that I didn't get to see Mount Fuji 🗻"

"Had a good stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Booked the room facing mt Fuji and the view was really beautiful. The room is spacious and there are ample carpark slots available if you are driving. Additionally, it’s a 5 mins drive to Premium outlet too. However the public bath/onsen is relative small. Overall we had a good stay though! Thank you :)"

"Stayed in the family cabin with 2 bunk beds, spacious and comfortable room. It also comes with a little private yard to park your car and outdoor onsen tub. A bit light on the amenities and bathroom is pretty tight but it has a washer/dryer which was awesome."

They even offered a free drink an curry rice meal for dinner as our stay. The hotel room offered an excellent view of Mount Fuji as you can see in the picture included ."

"This hotel is excellent. It's newly opened, so all the facilities are new and the environment is very clean! The location is also impeccable, especially the view of Mount Fuji from the rooms. The onsen (hot spring bath) has both outdoor and indoor areas, and both are very clean and comfortable. The vanity and toiletries in the onsen are high-end brands, and the service is excellent. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful, and parking is convenient, making it perfect for travelers who want a relaxing stay."

"The only downside was that the washing machine's spin cycle didn't work. Since it was only a 2-night, 3-day stay, I wrung out the towels by hand and hung them to dry. Because I dried them in my room, it prevented the room from getting too dry, haha."
