I had a very disappointing experience . I was shocked to be served toast with visible mold . This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s food hygiene standards.

I loved the room with the bunk beds, it felt like a camping trip, we were literally in the middle of downtown, I loved the breakfast.
The cleaning staff are very friendly and were very willing to help.
