Loved the location of this hotel as well as the downstairs communal areas. Also the size of the room was great. Unfortunately the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and cheap so I barely slept a wink in my 3 nights there. I asked for an extra pillow as you only get one and that still didn’t help. Staff were lovely when I did speak to them, but you can easily go by your whole stay without talking to someone which is a shame as you don’t get told any information. There was also no fridge or safe in the rooms which I thought was pretty standard. Food at the breakfast buffet was really good though. Great options for vegans/gluten free too.

It is good choice for this hotel which it is towards to the super view of sea/port. It is also close and convenient to walk to downtown.

Love the location which is at the heart of the city. Located directly next to a tram/bus station made travelling so much easier too! Bonus: It’s next to a pier which means great views to start the day and end the night!

We arrived 3 pm but room was cleaning, so we had to wait almost 2 hr...anyways the staff did their best to serve the customer.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station, and there's a street bus stop right outside that runs every half hour directly to the train station. It's a very basic budget hotel; rooms aren't cleaned daily, and you'll need to pick up new towels from the front desk if you require them.

It's a hotel with a nice sea view and a good location. They provide kettles, and transportation is convenient. There's a pier nearby for river crossings, and it's within walking distance of the city center.

Excellent location in Gothenburg. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The hotel was clean and quiet. Great bar with a view on the 11th floor.
