Cozy hotel with friendly personnel, and an okay single room. It wasn’t large, but it was clean. More than good enough for the two nights I stayed there. But it was in need of maintenance though: the doors and such were quite badly damaged. I’ve added breakfast to my booking, and this was really good! Lots to choose from, and delicious. One complaint: the rooms facing the street are not soundproofed enough in my opinion, too much of the noise of the quite busy road outside came in😕 Would stay again though, and I heard the double rooms are less noisy as these don’t face the street.

Lovely hotel with a vintage feel. Very clean rooms, great breakfast, and I particularly enjoyed the tea/coffee bar downstairs, available at all times of the day.

The hotel itself has an elegant environment, but it's quite old and requires climbing stairs. The elevator can only accommodate one person and one suitcase at a time, which is very inconvenient. My luggage was very heavy, and no one helped me carry it. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!
