The service was great. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, and there was also a nice common area where we could watch the World Cup together.

The service is exellent, cleanness is great

The property is a bit far from the city center, but it's easily accessible by public transport. My low rating is due to the check-in process. If you check in after 4 PM, you're supposed to do it online through a website that simply doesn't work. I had to call customer service, and they provided me with the door codes.

comfortable hostel to stay in, shared toilets (gender is not differentiated) are clean and well maintained. linens are provided and room/quilt was sufficiently warm during my stay in winter. downside is it’s quite a walk from the nearest tram stop and that there are no lifts so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. overall accommodation was cosy and i’ll come back! kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, electric stove, cutleries and plates etc.

Very pleasant place, has a shared kitchen. Rooms were decent and comfortable.

Affordable accommodation

The counter staff were friendly, but the cleanliness could have been better.

Overall it was ok. The bed was a little concave. I slept fine on the first night, but my back hurt on the second night. I originally booked a four-day stay, but I didn't stay on the last day. I canceled one day in advance, but they didn't give me the cancellation. It's really a hotel you can't afford.

The response from the front desk was very good. It was also generally clean. I was on the top bunk of a bunk bed, but I couldn't find an outlet near my bed, so I couldn't charge my phone while sleeping (I didn't). I used a female-only dormitory, but the door lock was difficult to lock, and I felt like I could get in without the electronic key if I accidentally locked it. Although I made the reservation the day before, I was very satisfied with the price and the staff's atmosphere.

1. 호스텔 장소는 고텐보리 중앙역에서 트램을 타고가야하는 거리에 있지만, 트램역에서 가까워서 무거운 짐들을 들고 숙소와 중앙역을 오가는 일이 아주 많이 어렵진 않았다.  2. 리셉션리스트들은 매우 친절하고 필요하고 유익한 정보를 나누어주었다. 특히나 엘리베이터가 없는 숙소여서 무거운 캐리어를 들고 올라가야했을 때, 주저하지 않고 가방을 들어서 2층까지 올려주었다.  3. 전체적으로 매우 밝은 분위기의 호스텔로 화장실과 샤워실 등 매우 깨끗하게 유지되고 있었다.  4. 자신이 원하는 음식을 만들어먹을 수 있는 식당이 있어서 가장 도움을 많이 받았다.  커피포트가 있어서 언제든지 끓는 물로 차를 마실 수도 있고 커피 브루어와 커피도 갖추어져 있어서 좋고 전자레인지는 물론, 화구가 4개가 되는 인덕션도 갖춰 놓았다. 커다란 냉장고도 부엌에 있고 각자의 방에도 작은 냉장고가 갖춰져 있다. 무엇보다 자유롭게 조리를 해먹을 수 있어서 가장 좋았다. 같이 지내는 사람들도  모두 친절하고 배려심이 있어서 전혀 방해받지 않고 지낼 수 있었다.  5. 베개 덮개와 이불 커버를 자신이 씌우고, 퇴실 하기 전에 벗겨서 정리하게 하는 과정도 좋게 느껴졌다.  6. 방엔 책상과 의자, 거울, 옷걸이 등이  갖춰져있어서 여행객들에게 많은 배려를 한 숙소라고 느꼈다.  총평: 비슷한 가격대의 호스텔을 보름 넘게 다녀보는 동안, 최고로 꼽게 된 곳이다. 고텐보리를 오는 여행객들에게 강추하고 싶다.

Все было хорошо, хостел опрятный довольно чистый. У каждой кровати были шторки что очень удобно когда у кого то включен свет. Бесплатные полотенца, что редкость. Минус только что ресепшн работает с 8 до 15 и если будут какие то вопросы вечером решить их будет сложно. Например фен можно получить только на ресепшене который не работает большую часть времени. Но с заселением ночью проблем не возникло, подробная инструкция с кодами была отличной.

Вполне неплохой хостел. Далековат от центра, но не сильно, где-то полчаса пешком. Зато рядом есть замечательный музей Volvo, аквапарк и парк развлечений. В душевых не хватает хотя бы мыла, нужно все брать свое. Ничего невероятного, но жить можно, место нормальное.
