"All doors operated by digital key that works only when it wants to. On my last night I was kept awake the entire night by doors being slammed and 2 males sitting in the 'reception' area speaking very loudly causing me to not get 1 minute sleep. Their WhatsApp chat is operated by an Ai bot and as you may assume, is useless. It did however give a phone number to call for 'immediate' help. No, not immediate. Call back tomorrow! I encountered several people that had difficulty checking in and has to walk to another hotel for assistance. Absolutely awful experience and feel that having paid for a room in which to sleep and could not, I should be compensated. I would never stay here again and certainly do not recommend."
