Mathraki Resort is perfect in every way. Rooms are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds! Pool area is lovely and the gardens are just beautiful. Great inspiration for our garden at home :) Fantastic menu with delicious food, all beautifully presented. George, Maria, Nikos & Dimitris are just lovely. So friendly and welcoming. Between them they have created a beautiful haven of tranquility. Thank you so much ❤️

This is a fabulous resort. The apartments are in beautiful gardens Winthrop a great pool. I worked with a pool for 23 years. This one was always sparkly clean. Our apartment (the mill was spacious and comfortable) . My only complaint would be more cooking utensils and a toaster. Everything was kept really clean and tidy by the super cleaning ladies. I would highly recommend this resort, it would be good for all, very child friendly I thought. The hosts were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We even had some animal friends( tortoises, dogs and cats). There is a taverna but we did not eat in. The food looked great and smelt wonderful. All in all a great place to stay, we are thinking of staying again next year.

We stayed here for one week in September & had a really lovely holiday. We had a studio apartment right by the pool which was traditional but spacious & clean. The pool area is lovely with comfy loungers & never any trouble getting a sun bed (although probably busier in peak season). You will get a really warm welcome here at this family run resort, George, Maria & their sons are so friendly & helpful. We didn’t try dinner but had some lovely breakfast & lunch. Also great cocktails! It’s a short transfer from the airport & a short walk into Gouvia centre with a good choice of restaurants & a few bars. The beach is also nearby although worth going into Dassia which we found to be a nicer beach. It’s about a 20min taxi ride to visit Corfu Town which is vibrant & bustling with a huge choice of restaurants, bars & shops. We look forward to visiting Mathraki Resort again in the future!

Perfect week at Mathraki, really enjoyed the swimming pool and fabulous sunbeds - amazing! The family look after everyone so well and the food is very much enjoyed . Gouvia main ***** resort is a few minutes walk down across main road and we really liked that as you are away from traffic and noise! We will definitely return to Mathraki 😊

We had the most brilliant stay at Mathraki Resort, the rooms were spotless, the facilities were amazing, and the location was just perfect! As a group of young girls we also felt extremely safe both at the hotel & surrounding areas! We will definitely be back & recommending it to all of our friends & family!

Very friendly family run apartments . Everywhere spotlessly clean . We only had breakfast at the resort on one occasion as ‘smoking-allowed’ everywhere , spoilt that part of it for us… this also was the case with sitting around the pool and on our balcony . We would have eaten at the hotel more and joined in with the ‘Greek night’ if not so Smokey. We probably should have gone to a non/ restricted smoking hotel in hindsight, but everywhere you go , people seem to be smoking….and maybe that is the case in Greece . However this did not spoil our holiday !!! We lived Corfu , catching local buses and visiting Corfu town, Kassiopi etc

Another fantastic holiday at Mathraki. The complex has had a tasteful refurbishment since our last visit and our apartment was beautiful and the new sun beds modern and super comfy. No sun bed wars here! Thank you Nikos for making us all feel like part of your family. It really is a special place. George you never cease to make the guests smile and allowing us all to be part of your birthday celebrations was very special. We will see you again next year!
