Everything was great. Simple but nice and clean rooms. Nice view. There were pleanty of food to choose from. The staff was really friendly. Hotel was in great location so you can reach Kemer in 10 min by taxi. Goynuk canyon is close by so you can take taxi and go there by your self. The beach was close to hotel and there were a lot of place next to the pool. Great staff that makes great coctails. I really would stay there one more time.

the hotel is not bad.the biggest plus is of course the animation,mini club and daytime activities are great,If you are with animation, you will not get bored,good music every day at the disco,and fun activities.but hotel quality is poor, food and cleaning

Spent ten days in this hotel with my girlfriend and really enjoyed it. Hotel has a really nice private beach with clean water and spectacular view of the mountains. Also can recommend the spa service at the hotel rulled by Marlen.

Very strange, rude, entitled and unethical staff. They try and charge for upgrades and will only take cash claiming card machines don’t work. Fairly sure the staff are taking the cash for themselves. The waiters during dinner are beyond rude. They do not serve drinks and when you ask for wine they slam the glasses and speak in Turkish to themselves. The receptionist staff are not welcoming and do t speak to you on the way a paying guest should be spoken to. The restaurant closes at 9pm which in itself is ridiculous and then a guy who mumbles comes and asks you to leave even if you are having a drink and chatting as a family. The clientele is mostly Russian and I can tell that this creates a very hostile and strange dynamic between the staff and guests. Generally they do not say please, thank you nor do they smile or adhere to basic manners such as standing a line for something like coffee. The staff obviously do not like their cultural ways and so they fight fire with fire. The rooms and the hotel in general is a bit ran down, a bit 90’s and just not a 5 star hotel. Location, pool, sea and animation staff all great. Overall a strange, rude and disappointing place to be.

We stayed here with our extended family (27 of us). All the bathrooms are in need of update as they haven’t been so since the 80s by the looks of it. The night time receptionist Umar was extremely rude. He went round and asked each of our family for tips on the first night just for showing us to our rooms. He promised to look after us through the duration of our stay however as soon as he received tips from each of us he became very ignorant of us all. After we challenged him in front of his colleagues he denied taking any tips from us. Overall, the hotel mainly caters for Russians and hardly any English speaking staff. All of our group sensed racism and we didn’t feel welcomed. The cleaners will only do minimum ie wipe the desk and tidy. You have to specifically ask them to clean the bathroom or change the bedding or hoover the floor. No towels or toilet roll supplied/replaced unless you ask. Indoor pool is freezing so cannot use at all. Hotel is ok but the staff and service very very disappointing. Food is boring same thing everyday got bored of it all after 2 days. The bar and restaurant staff work hard but they all seem miserable. Not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you are British.
