The hotel is super. I liked the beach in the rock the most. And Timur the waiter. Just a sweetheart. There are a lot of children in the hotel, but there are zones 16+. Which is just super. The sea is super.

Very good hotel, great environment and food. Hotel staff Bahareh ebrahimzadeh is very welcoming. While I was waiting to check in, he kept providing various snacks and drinks. I will stay here again next time I go to Antalya!

This is our second stay at NG Phaselis Bay this year, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel’s design is truly luxurious, and every detail reflects elegance and quality. From the outstanding service to the high-quality products and exceptional food – everything exceeded our expectations. The hygiene standards are impeccable, and the staff are incredibly attentive, always providing service with a genuine smile. Special thanks to Mr. Halil, Mr. Mustafa, and Ms. Mary, Ms Ceren for their warm hospitality. Ms. Hülya deserves special recognition for her amazing gözleme! We are especially grateful to Çağdaş, Samet, and Zeki– your efforts made our vacation unforgettable. The spa area is also exceptional, and the Thai massages are simply fantastic. Dr. Vefa is incredibly caring and professional – a true gem. Having such a high level of service and attention to detail in a hotel is rare. NG Phaselis Bay goes beyond five stars. Our family had an unforgettable stay at NG Phaselis Bay Hotel. The location is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the crystal-clear sea. Every morning we woke up to the sound of the waves and a peaceful view that instantly put us in vacation mode. The food was another highlight; from the rich variety at the main restaurant to the delicious options at the a la carte spots, every meal was a treat. Our children especially loved the beach — they spent hours swimming, playing in the sand, and even catching small fish near the shore, which quickly became their favorite activity of the trip. The hotel felt incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of space and activities to keep the little ones happy and entertained. A special mention goes to Kabeer from the guest services team. He was always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Whether it was helping us with reservations, organizing small surprises for the kids, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, Kabeer went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He truly made us feel valued and cared for — a standout part of the experience. We can’t wait to return! The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. We would like to sincerely thank our assistants, Karib and Kabeer.They made our vacation easier and more enjoyable.
