Lovely hotel and friendly staff. A trip with children and friends, the children always had something to do and the evening disco was a great pleasure for them. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and the gentlemen’s who hosted the evening show were very funny. Greetings from Miss Grand Ring which I became during one of the competitions. Absolutely recommend!!

Absolutely amazing stay myself and my family absolutely loved the grand ring hotel the cleanliness the staff treated you like Kings and Queens. The pool was always clean. My children absolutely loved the hotel and entertainment and have taken memories home with them. The food was really great. Lots of variation The shop in the hotel has everything and very friendly staff. I cannot fault it, we also used the spa and had an amazing time, highly recommended Thank you so much for a lovely welcoming holiday stay. We will definitely be returning.

Can’t really find any faults with the hotel. Our room was huge and clean, bed the comfiest I’ve had in an abroad hotel, air con super powerful and seems brand new. Can always find a bed on the beach, the beach bar and snack bar are brilliant (burgers are delicious) the evening entertainment is good too. What really sets the place apart is the hospitality shown by all the staff. Probably the friendliest, warmest staff I’ve encountered abroad. The guys are never still, always cleaning keeping the place spotless. Genuinely lovely people who will have a chat and ask what they can do to help. Shoutout to Can behind the bar who makes the delicious cocktails. If I could remember everyone’s names I’d mention them all here as they all deserve it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had the most amazing first time in Turkey this hotel was first class amazing service on all levels food excellent staff amazing Baran and his management team to waiters bar staff and cleaning and entertainment staff excellent will definitely be going back next year.

Good hotel room, good staff and entertainment. Engin and animation team did good job at entertaining us. Perfect animation and everything . Good barman. Good pool slides for kids and food location but isolated but good entertainment access.

We read the reviews before coming so we're very anxious but I must say we had a fab time! Few grudes with the kids and the food! Our hotel room was near enough opposite the nightly entertainment so was very loud but didn't really bother us! All the staff were fab and helpful! All the activities unfortunately was aimed at 16+ which meant my kids couldn't get involved which they were gutted but we made our own fun! We will definitely come back! Thanks again!

Staying at the hotel now everything as been good ,hotel room fab , the food is lovely,the bars are great , we’ve been going to the pool near the beach , but they as only ever been I set off stairs to get in the pool and it’s at the deep end , I don’t swim so I’ve not been able to go in the pool it’s to deep , at the other end the holes for steps are there but they are not in and at the side near the toilets , I went to reception 4 days ago and asked iff they cud be put in , I’ve noticed today they’ve cemented the poles in so I’m hoping Tom the steps will be in the pool so I can go in it

The hotel was a brilliant stay for me and my wife. The staff was very helpful, especially Baran, who went out of his way to accommodate my wife's vegetarian needs and checked in with us daily. The vibe is great and plenty of activities to do. You should meet Tony from Sun tours to book day trips, recommend the old town trip and turkish maldives.
