Beautiful resort, we were upgraded to a private 3 bed villa with pool access to the rear. It was absolutely stunning never stayed anywhere so nice my husband and I had an entire floor to ourselves with dressing room, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, absolutely amazing. Mini bar in every room downstairs shower room and small kitchen in the entrance. This is not the place to come if you want a quiet holiday the resort is very lively with pool side DJ’s. The water was freezing so not many people in the pools. Outdoor nightclub my the beach I think is open till 4 am. Singers at the bar very repetitive same singers every couple of nights. Food Not good definitely not 5* Very repetitive. Breakfast is waffles, pancakes, eggs then not much else for British palette . Lunch was good at beach restaurants but same every day, burgers,hotdogs, chicken. Pizza, salad and Jpots Food was slightly different in kids club with some pasta dishes. All branded drinks at the bar, make sure to tip and they will look after you, especially the young boys in roller skate seeing drinks all day by the pool, they were landed with a tip every other day. Evening not much for British palette, we were really fed up by the end of the week. A la Carr not great basic at best. Kids area absolutely beautiful a bit like a center parks set up in the trees, my girls are too old so didn’t attend kids clubs, but were more than happy with the sweet carts and popcorn in the evening all free! Lovely outdoor games which passed an hour each night. Wouldn’t come again as food let it down.

I am writing due to being extremely disappointed with my stay at TUI Blue Rixos Beldibi. From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned. This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun. Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen. Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.

We arrived on October 22-23, 2022 for a day. The room was large and clean. The hotel is small, but everything you need is there. Animators lighters even at the end of the season. Enough entertainment. The food is normal. Turkish alcohol (better not to drink a lot))) good playground and mini disco. The only negative is the smoke from the kitchen in the evening. It seems to me that the usual good hotel for very little money

Lovely hotel and if you were here as a family it'd be wonderful. However, as a honeymoon destination I would look further. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is tasty. Drinks are good. Entertainment team is exactly what you expect, big thumbs up to them. The mini bar in the room is refilled daily which is a big bonus. The room is a tad basic even though we booked a bungalow, making an assumption this would be one of the better rooms. However we now suspect that all the rooms are virtually the same apart from room size. We wish this would have been better stated and informed upon booking. We had to inform the hotel about it being our honeymoon, which is fine but it would have been nice to be asked rather than having to tell. Perhaps on check in, staff could ask if you're here for a specific reason. We have after been provided with an offer of breakfast in bed and a romantic dinner, both which we are looking forward to experiencing.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

A large hotel, luxurious in the past, but now very tired and shabby looking! The choice of food is large, but not always everything is tasty, but in any case, you will not go hungry! Coffee and tea are just awful, of the lowest quality! Alcoholic cocktails are impossible to drink, the quality of alcohol and the look are very questionable! We tried to order a non-alcoholic Mojito, but today they do not have mint, tomorrow lemon, lime is a rarity! The hammam did not work (I suspected that they turn it on only after you pay for the massage), only a sauna. There was a kettle in the room, but in 10 days we were given only 1 time 2 bags of coffee, but there was always cream for it! Long wait for the elevator, humidity in the corridors of the hotel! The sea is excellent!!! The beach is cleaned! There are a lot of sun loungers, and people too! I had a feeling of overpaying for the hotel and for food / drinks! The price is clearly inflated!

Absolutely amazing holiday, the staff were incredible, rooms were out of this world (stayed in the villas), food was to die for (theme changes every night), pool was great never too busy and always enough room to go for a swim. I’m writing this mainly because of how we were treated by the staff. I came to this hotel with a broken ankle so going from the villa to the pool or beach was quite strenuous on crutches but the bell boy mehmet kindly gave me his number so that I could message him if I needed a lift anywhere in the buggy at any time and he was there. This was such a life saver and I will always be thankful for how helpful he was. My grandmother is also 88 so she had the same problem and he we always there for my grandma as well. The lunch at the sunset bar on the beach was incredible every time with a wood burning oven for the pizza which was crazy! The main man taking orders called Momin always had a smile on his face and was always so lovely to everyone that went there, he even remembered that I ordered a chocolate milkshake everytime to the point I didn’t have to ask for it anymore!:) the lady at the be amazing bar called Merve Was also one of the best waitnresses I have a ever had. She was always so kind and happy and became a good friend by the end of the holiday. Finally I wanted to say about Dilan on the entertainment team. She was always so friendly and funny and became a very good friend of our family, so much so she sat with our family for evening meals some nights! She was so good a her job but also a really nice caring girl. My grandmother had a little fall while we were at the hotel which was very stressful for her and for us but dilan always took time out of her day to sit and talk to her. A wonderful place to stay, the staff are great and professional starting from the front desk, gust relations, activity teams, catering and restaurants and ending with the room service. Everyone was handling our requests with pleasure and a smile on face. I will definitely recommend it and will definitely visit this property again.
