Castello di Granarola Relais - Adults Friendly -

Castello di Granarola Relais - Adults Friendly - ★★★★

📍 Via Castello, 1, Gradara

"I visited this property for the past four years. It is just magical. Beautifully renovated and well appointed and comfortable. Just a pleasure to stay and worth the 15-minute drive away from the motorway. Michelle at the front desk, has always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurants in the nearby village of Granada are fantastic."

La Loggia Historic Resort

La Loggia Historic Resort ★★★★

📍 Via Dante Alighieri 2 Via Cappuccini 13, Via Malatestiana, 6, Gradara

"When booking, it's important to highlight the difference between the main building, which certainly has its charm, and the rooms located within the walls, which don't meet the minimum privacy requirements due to their extremely small size and, above all, poor soundproofing from the stairs to the other rooms and even between the bathroom and the bedroom. The quality-price ratio for these types of accommodations is decidedly poor."

Relais Villa Matarazzo

Terra di Gradara

Terra di Gradara ★★★★

📍 Via Sottobosco, 2, Gradara

"What a fantastic venue! I have found that locations that look this good often aren't quite as nice in reality. Terra Di Gradara is the exception. It exceeded our expectations. Set in a stunning location that you couldn't make up it is in every way simply beautiful. The staff were helpful and super friendly. Helped us with local bike hire! The local area and castle.. amazing. You get the idea. Book it and go and experience it for yourself. Loved every minute of our time here. "

Villa Francesca Relais
9.2 (32 reviews)

Villa Francesca Relais ★★★★

📍 Via Fanano, 42, Fanano

"Gradara is an odd little place. Perhaps a perfect stopover on a long north-south Italy road trip, but aside from the nearby castle and the proximity to über touristy San Marino, there really isn't much to do out here. The hotel sits just outside of town, making everything and everywhere a drive. The rooms are comfortable with some quirky design elements (odd Peacock feather art, antique fans...?) The breakfast is pleasant and the pool area is very relaxing."

Castello di Granarola Relais - Adults Friendly - ★★★★
"We stayed 6 nights at this well-hidden magical place at the end of August. It is almost unthinkable how sophisticated and carefully but still effortlessly designed this Castellino is. The rooms are all unique, large and featured with all amenities (kitchen included) which makes your stay comfortable. The pool - with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic and the medieval Castello Gradara - is the center of Life here - and deservedly so: you start your day with a pool-side breakfast, continue with nicely prepared cocktails consumed on the sunbeds and of course indulging in the sun-heated pool itself. After having a short break in your nicely cooled room and dressed up smart-casual you can enjoy a delicious dinner cooked by Chef Andrea at one of the pool-side tables following the setting sun above the Sea. If you are curious enough, you can discover the secrets of the magical garden with its many hidden places. If you are lucky and spend a Thursday here you can attend the weekly Sundown party at the fabulous terraced garden just below the pool - the setting is something you can not imagine until you see it for yourself. You`ll not be bored even if the weather does not favour sunbathing - you can discover the beauties and historical places (like Urbino, Gradara )of both the Marche and Emilia-Romagna - or even San Marino - all in 40 kms distance) If you long to dive into the Sea there are many beaches nearby (eg Gabbice Mare), althoug those can be crowded during Summer peak. For shopping the best place is Pesaro (centro historico - only 15 min drive from the Castellino) with it`s many local designer shops and high fashion brand stores. For beach bags and accessories do not miss the Brandina brand store right in Piazzale Poppolo. Nothing is easier than dining out in one fo the many very good and very affordable restaurants - all within 5 min drive. The nearest one (Il Melograno with its heavenly home-made pastas) is literally at your doorstep. Finally I can`t miss out to mention the super-friendly and ever helpful hotel staff to whom we owe a big Thanks for not only making our stay wonderfully easy-going but making us always smiling. We just can not wait to return next Summer:) "

"I knew there was trouble when we saw earplugs presented on the nightstands in our room. The restaurant on a different property below the Conventino hotel plays extremely loud music in the evenings. It is unbelievably loud and makes it impossible to sleep. I can’t believe that with such a beautiful castle village, the town of Gradara would allow such an extreme type of disruption to occur. The noise is intolerable. Very unfortunate considering the lovely setting of the Conventino."

Terra di Gradara ★★★★
"So disappointed with our stay in this pretty hotel located on the outskirts of Gradara. I had seen reviews that mentioned the piped music but I did not expect it to be so loud and intrusive. The music spoiled our time at the pool and in the restaurant. We could even hear it in our bedroom. We had to get out of bed to ask for it to be turned down as the gentleman on reception refused to talk to me on the phone. He was extremely rude but grudgingly reduced the noise eventually. The other staff were all very pleasant but this individual would be better employed in a non customer facing role. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds comfy but despite the good breakfast we thought for the price we paid was not good value for money. An experience not to be repeated."

Villa Francesca Relais ★★★★
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Perfection at Villa Francesca Relais – A Dream Stay near Misano Adriatico! We’ve just returned from 10 unforgettable nights at Villa Francesca Relais for the Lamborghini World Finals, and I’m still pinching myself that places this magical actually exist. From the moment we arrived until the bittersweet goodbye, everything was simply flawless. The hospitality here is on another level. The owners and their wonderful team treat you like long-lost family – warm, genuine, and always going the extra mile without ever feeling intrusive. Nothing is too much trouble; they truly made us feel at home while somehow making every day feel like a luxury escape. The villa itself is breathtaking. The rooms and furnishings are immaculate – elegant Italian design mixed with modern comfort, everything spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The grounds are pure paradise: manicured gardens, olive trees, and that pool with panoramic views over the rolling hills down to the Adriatic Sea. Sunsets from the terrace are the kind you’ll remember forever. Breakfast each morning was a highlight we looked forward to every single day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade cakes, local cheeses and cured meats, fruits picked from the garden, perfect espresso!! all served on the terrace overlooking that jaw-dropping view. It’s the kind of breakfast that ruins you for anywhere else. Location-wise, it’s peaceful and private yet only a short drive to the beaches of Misano and Riccione, and the charming towns of the hinterland. After exploring all day, coming back to Villa Francesca felt like returning to your own private slice of heaven. Worth every single euro – and then some. If you’re looking for an authentic, luxurious, soul-recharging Italian getaway, look no further. Villa Francesca Relais isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an experience you’ll treasure forever. We cannot wait to return. Grazie mille for the holiday of a lifetime! ❤️ Highly, wholeheartedly recommend – 5 stars isn’t enough!"
