"The biggest issue with this destination is the ongoing crab invasion in the sea. Practically nobody is swimming because the shoreline and water are full of crabs. If you are planning to visit primarily for the beach and sea, be aware of this situation. What made it even more frustrating was that there was no mention of it anywhere in the resort description or promotional materials. It was an unpleasant surprise that effectively ruined our vacation. Because of this, we decided to leave after just one night. Unfortunately, the resort has a strict no-refund policy, so we lost the money we had paid (their voucher for 400€ is worthless as we are not going to exercise it, and the resort knows it). In the end, I preferred paying for a new resort in another country rather than staying here. The accommodation also does not meet the standards of a 4-star resort. Personally, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. The bungalows/mobile homes feel like quickly assembled structures made from lightweight panels. They creak and squeak with every step, offer very limited living space, and there were a lot of mosquitoes around the unit. The food was another disappointment. We paid for the resort's version of an all-inclusive package, but we only stayed long enough for one dinner and one breakfast. The food quality was mediocre and certainly not what I would expect from an Italian resort. There were no proper juices available, three out of four coffee machines were out of order, and there were frequent shortages of plates and glasses. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing resort experiences we have had. If access to the sea and a genuine 4-star standard are important to you, I would strongly recommend considering other options."

"I don't usually write reviews because minor flaws can be overlooked (old bungalow, half-hearted cleaning), but what I experienced here is, in my opinion, unacceptable: The campsite offers a Paco Giochi (children's playground), admittedly rather small; there isn't even a swing, but okay. At 10:00 a.m., an employee named Malik offers activities: pencils, scissors, and paper are provided, and small chairs are set up. My son and a few other children participated. After half an hour, a second employee, Claudia, joined us. After a brief discussion between Malik and Claudia, I was informed in broken English that we were unwelcome because my son required too much supervision (which, incidentally, I provided throughout). If children's activities are offered, then please ensure they are run by qualified staff who enjoy interacting with all children, not by immature employees—an absolute no-go for a campsite that presents itself as 'child-friendly'! I strongly recommend that you and your children stay at a different resort/campsite!!"
