Over priced facility for the physical condition of property. No front desk assistance after 11PM for shortages from housing dept.

I called front desk, prior to making my reservation and paying my three night stay in full, to ask if there were any other fees. The lady at the desk replied no, however, when I arrived I was told there was a $ 50.00 room deposit. I explained that I didn't want to pay it. The lady refused to let me check in, and the manager called me to tell me to leave the property! I did end up staying one night, then got a refund for the other two nights. I found out later that I could have paid the fifty dollars in cash, however, I was not given that option upon check in. The lady at the front desk told me that a woman of my age age and stature should not be making a big deal about $ 50.00. Then she started singing Bible hymns.

The property needs renovations. The room was stuffy, smelled old, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and we killed a roach on the last day of our stay. Super disappointed!

Very noisy. Could hear neighbors talking all night. They finally stopped at 5:30 am. So I didn’t sleep. Dirty room. Stayed there 2 nights. They never cleaned or made the beds the next day. Just dropped off towels. Windows were one lane of glass could hear traffic. Front desk personnel not great. Doors slam when people left their rooms. I will never stay at a days inn again.
