We had a great time at the hotel. The only thing missing is a heated pool to be perfect. The food was delicious and the attendants were very friendly.

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã incrível ! Faltou um pouco de cuidado somente com o número de hóspedes no quarto pois minha reserva era para 4 pessoas porém não havia toalhas nem cobertas individuais suficiente, então precisei pedir mais. A maçaneta do banheiro também estava com defeito dificultando o fechamento da porta. Fora isso estava tudo dentro do esperado.

Hotel agradável, viajei com minha filha e ficou dentro da expectativa, voltaria e recomendo!

The hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

The hotel is very bad, the Southern people are half-educated, you give good day/tight/night, and sometimes they don't answer you. Wifi was bad and damaged some of the work I had to do. If I returned to Gramado, I might not be home there, but I was charged a tour fee, which I even said was optional or not.
