Hotel Boutique Adela

My husband and I spent two nights here in May of 2025. Loved the place! There are only 4 rooms surrounded by lovely courtyards of flowers, fountain and a small pool. The rooms are spacious and clean with very good air conditioning. The 2 common rooms are beautifully decorated. Best of all is the staff. The manager (Guadalupe ? spelling) is wonderful…friendly and very capable, a credit to the place. A nice breakfast is also included. It helps to be able to speak a little Spanish here, but we did fine between my very rudimentary Spanish and gestures. Highly recommend.

what an oasis! a beautiful set of courtyards with gardens and a small pool. nices people, great beds, sheets and pillows, and a homage-to-order breakfast. this place is a treasure and a great jumping off point for exploring the lake, volcanos, and everything this part of nicaragua has to offer.

A clean place with 5 good rooms (comfortable bed, coffee facilities, no fridge but you are allowed to store in the hotel fridge). Located around a patio full of flowers. Good internet and a nice swimming pool in a quite spot in Granada but still on walking distance from everything. Be aware that no one of the staff speaks English. Breakfast needs improvement as it was mostly half cold served and not very special. The place is safe as the front gate is always locked but you always have to ask one of the staff to get in and out. Why not providing a key of the gate?

Loved it. 100% going back. Safe, gorgeous, and everyone was so helpful and kind. comfy bed, warm shower, and beautiful art and furniture everywhere. Felt like paradise. Maria's breakfast was delicious every morning. We didn't want to leave!

This is a beautiful gem of a place in Granada, and I highly recommend it. I have stayed here twice. The first time I was with my fiancee and his mom earlier in 2023, and we had such a lovely time, that when it came time for us to plan our small wedding I immediately knew that this hotel would be the perfect place to return to with our families (11 of us in total)! From the beginning the communication with the hotel was great, friendly, professional, and they always answered my questions right away. We rented the entire place (all 4 rooms) for 3 nights. The wedding was on the second day, and it provided the perfect setting for what we wanted. We used a local wedding planner, photographer, officiant, and 4-piece band, all of which were great. My favorite part of this hotel are the beautiful gardens and fountains. The pool is lovely as well, which we used a lot. The staff here are so attentive, friendly, and wonderful. We had breakfast each morning here, which was really nice to eat beside the gardens. The only reason that I don't give the rooms 5 stars is for the poor lighting. The main lights are quite dim, which is hard on the eyes. But the bathroom is great with hot water shower, which I love. The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the central pedestrian avenue with a lot of the shops and restaurants, and close to the plaza with the large cathedral. It's not that far from the lake either. Perfect for walking around Granada. We had a vehicle as well, that we kept in a private lot a block away. I highly recommend this hotel!

What a wonderful experience. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and beautiful gardens. A great breakfast comes with your room. A lovely pool to cool you off. I have been coming here for weeks at a time for 3 years. What a treat. Hate leaving but always know I’ll be back.
