The location is pretty good, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel still has quite a few issues. When I first opened the window, there was a pungent sewer smell, so I quickly closed it. (It was an interior-facing room). I thought the smell wouldn't linger in the room, but when I came back from dinner, the entire room reeked. I contacted Trip.com to communicate with the hotel, and Trip.com was quite responsive. Soon after, they replied that the hotel agreed to change my room. It was already past 11 PM. Then, when I went to the front desk to switch rooms, that's when things got ridiculous 😂. The first key card they gave me didn't work. The second one did, but there was someone already inside, sleeping! I probably scared them quite a bit. By the time I finally got to the third room, it was already past midnight. A major issue is that the hotel lobby and several other areas would periodically have an unpleasant odor, which is really hard to accept. Let me also tell you this: about fifteen minutes before check-out, the cleaning lady knocked on my door impatiently. Do you understand? It wasn't a normal knock; it was an annoyed, quick, and loud bang on the door. When I opened it and asked what she wanted, she said it was to remind me to check out. Isn't that just absurd? The only highlight of the entire hotel was the excellent breakfast and good service!

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street. I recommend navigating to El Corte Inglés first, then driving across to the hotel. You can temporarily park at the hotel entrance to unload luggage, and they offer free valet parking. Overall, highly recommended.

The location and surroundings are excellent. From the balcony, you can see the snowy mountains and the Alhambra. Directly across the street downstairs is the bus stop for the airport, which is super convenient. The #33 bus goes directly from the train station to the hotel. The only downside is that the room still smells like new装修 (renovation), otherwise everything else was perfect.

Great location, delicious and varied breakfast, and the staff were very polite and friendly. I had a wonderful stay.

Lobby: The hotel lobby boasts modern decor. The restaurant, designed in an Arabian style, features white walls and intricate carvings, offering a beautiful and refined aesthetic. Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor. Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered us two complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge. Once the room was prepared, he personally delivered the key card to us. Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. Stepping out and turning left, you'll find yourself directly in the city center, an area bustling with restaurants, shops, and tourists. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring.
