Nice hotel in a good location, only 15 mins walk to the city centre. The room was clean & comfortable, the breakfast was good with a nice variety. The only problem we had was when we ordered from the restaurant. The food wasn’t great & definitely not worth the prices.

Lovely hotel right in the centre. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. Car parking available and received helpful directions beforehand - it is a little tight but managed it. Lovely little touches made the experience. Would recommend and return here if visiting again.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is super clean, bright and fresh. Such a lovely hotel with a great location to see everything. The hotel rooftop was an added bonus for us as we love to dip our feet in a pool and kickback after sightseeing. The hotel doesn’t have a bar but we used the honesty box on the roof to buy some of their cool drinks. To be honest, you don’t need a bar in your hotel in Granada when everywhere nearby does lovely drinks and free tapas! Enjoy 🙂

Alhambra was a last minute must-see so we added one overnight to Granada. This boutique hotel was an excellent find with a wonderful room-with-a-view of street activities and a celebration. Concierge services were excellent. We would return.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the centre of Granada. The decor is modern and stylish. However our room view was onto the internal hotel atrium, which was a bit disappointing and noisy at times. There was also no wardrobe in the room, but open shelving, which felt a bit style-over-substance. Huge walk in shower which was great. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the atrium space, was a nice touch.

We stayed for 3 nights. Lovely well located contemporary hotel with excellent helpful staff. Complimentary coffee. tea & water in the lounge area as well as 2 small bottles of water in your room. We arrived about 11.30am & were given a room within 30 minutes which was before check in time. & most welcome. Our standard double room was quite small & there was not enough space to put 2 large suitcases. although bathroom was spacious with lovely walk in shower & Ritual toiletries. Towels were not good quality & no bath robes provided. Bed was very comfortable & large ( 2 metre width) . Room was very clean . Not sure we would stay again as our room was noisy. Our room was near the front & we were staying there at the weekend but could hear traffic plus music playing etc. Also, there is building work going on next to the hotel which will affect some of the rooms . We were woken up by the sound of drilling & banging for 2 of our 3 mornings. Whilst I appreciate this is out of the hotel’s control, we were not notified of this before or on arrival. We had communicated with the hotel before asking for a quiet room & had been told all their rooms are quiet which wasn’t the case for us.

Great city centre hotel. Very attentive staff who are happy to oblige with booking tours etc. Design is very hip. Very clean. Room was fine except that the washbasin was located in the bedroom rather than in the ensuite bathroom. Otherwise room was fine. Location was great for the shopping along the main streets. In-house parking (you should book) makes this easy for those on a driving trip.

Fabulous hotel… staff made you feel so welcome from arrival until we sadly had to leave. Rooms were spotless, bed was super comfortable had some issues with the TV but staff were always available to help. Buffet breakfast with plenty choice and was also excellent. Excellent location within Granada- within walking distance to everything. Really convenient indoor parking (direct elevator from the public parking lot to the rooms) And a lovely touch by staff who cleaned our car windows for our onward journey. Kindness and general good service from the staff was first class and made our visit to Granada extra special. If we manage to return to Granada we will definitely stay here again.
