* Very friendly & helpful hotel staff * Hotel room was spacious & clean * Very good breakfast * Perfect location in front of the Alhambra, bus stop to the city center at 100m (1.6€ on way, every 10min)

It is near the Alhambra. So it is convenient for getting to the Alhambra’s front gate, but not very convenient otherwise. Depending on the time of day, it might be hard to get something to eat in that area. It was easy enough to get a taxi or a bus to take you into town and back, though. The room had a great big bed, AC worked well. The toilet took getting used to. We wanted the room for the convenience to the Alhambra and the terrace, but it was too hot to get much use of the terrace. There was no laundromat or laundry service in the hotel despite being listed on the amenities in Trip.

Nice bathtub and excellent location. Elevator was under repair but they offered to bring up my bags and it was only two floors so no problem

Wonderful location close to Alhambra just next door. Room was a bit aged but nonetheless clean. We had a great stay!

old Amenities but good location

The hotel room was super clean and the location is just next to the Alhambra palace. The staff was very nice. As the room was not ready when we reached around 11am so they kept our bags. When we came back around 1pm after lunch, they checked us in. The breakfast was good. Everything was great and undoubtedly one of the best experiences.

Convenient location if visiting Alhambra! Good place to rest your head for the night. Walkable distance to Grand Via otherwise public bus is also conveniently located outside of the hotel. Hotel's finishings is outdated, needs some love to freshen up. All still functional!

Awesome hotel, very clean, breakfast was great, great location , service fantastic.

Awful and small room

Although it was small, the room was very clean and nice. It was enough for one person. The TV was big and there was a bathtub, so I had a comfortable stay!!!

Superbly located hotel, practically at the entrance to the Alhambra. No worries about parking; there's parking at the Alhambra. Spacious room, king-size double bed. Friendly staff, generous and varied breakfast.

The hotel feels good. The room I stayed in didn't drain the water in the sink and there was white powder dust on the bathroom door handle. Other than that, it's good.
