Bed could be better. Mattress is good but basement made of wood is not that good considering the price, good enough but could be better. Location is excellent, but parking is a hassle. I think they can improve that and may be have someone in charge of moving vehicles. Overall It was good but main issue was the bed.

I am very lenient, and flexible; however we did not get our room cleaned for our stay there, this includes the breakfast that is “included” cost money in the stay there. If visiting Granada it is better to stay near el Parque for more modern experience and not a bad hotel to stay.

We stayed a week at this quaint hotel. The location was beautiful with a view of the lake. It was convenient to access the lake and walk to central Granada. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. For a small hotel in a developing nation, this hotel delivers all the necessities. We had a great experience with the staff and the area.

Keep in mind that this is a small hotel in a developing nation. We found our room to be clean and maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome with a view of the lake and convenient access to the lake and central Granada. Dining and tour options were available right outside the door.

Very poor customer servoce on the phone when attempting to get assistance with parking since there was no sign indicating where to park the vehicle. The person kept saying she doesn’t speak English and cannot help me. She would then hang up the phone. Someone from ********** attempted call the hotel on my behalf and she experienced the same thing.
