Inn on Lake Granbury

The Inn on Lake Granbury is an ideal hotel to stay at and escape for a long weekend or vacation. Cooper and his staff are attentive, friendly and do everything possible to ensure your stay is what you want! From the time you check in to when you check out, they are there to ensure you have the perfect get away. They walk you to your room at check-in, bring you happy hour beverages with great hot hors d'oeuvres around 5:00. If you make your reservation to include breakfast, it's made to order and delicious! The rooms are incredible comfortable, and the grounds are well maintained. Our room had a balcony in which we enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the afternoon. It also had the most spectacular sunrises in the morning. The pool is also a relaxing place to chill along with the Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake! It's also less than a ten-minute walk to Granbury Square so you don't have to spend ten minutes looking for a parking spot! Overall, we had a great and relaxing time at the Inn on Lake Granbury and look forward to returning in the future.

This makes our second stay at The Inn on Lake Granbury & we come away feeling rewarded & a feeling of gratification for time & money well spent. The stay at the Inn is a total experience of location, setting, facility & service. We hope to find time in the future & come back again.

It was a great getaway. Love the text to keep in contact during the stay. Felt personable. The champagne for the anniversary was a great touch. Food was very good. Scenery was great. Property well kept.

My search started with finding a July 4th fireworks display off the water in a safe, small town. I wanted to get the full experience of Americana. That led me to the Inn at Lake Granbury. What a beautiful, wonderful surprise! The Inn is gorgeous with fabulous luxurious surprises. The bed and shower are top-notch. We stayed in one of the loft rooms where we had a separate living area and balcony. Loved it. The pool was relaxing and the hosts provided essential oil infused, ice-cold cooling cloths during our pool lounging time. The chef-prepared breakfast and appetizers daily were also a great treat. The lake is beautiful and we had such a nice view from our balcony. The loft has a Keurig so we enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. We could see the fireworks from our balcony, but we ended up venturing out to the sitting dock to get an even better view. The Inn is within walking distance of the charming Granbury town square (picture a Hallmark movie). There are several outstanding restaurants to choose from there. The service at the Inn is spectacular and the rooms were very clean. I am already planning my next trip. The fact that it is an adults only property is also a plus.

The property is beautiful inside and out! It helps you to relax! From the clean rooms and their welcoming atmosphere to the beautiful pool and the wonderful breakfast. I have an issue w my back and I woke up w no back pain. The ladies here are just wonderful and very accommodating. We just got served an evening appetizer and drink and that was so great! Gosh I really don’t want to go home. I have been pampered so much here. Thank you all so much. You’ve made our weekend so memorable! We shall return!

We had a small, intimate wedding at the Inn, and it was absolutely perfect! We stayed in The Cottage, which was beautiful, private, and felt like our own little retreat. One of our favorite things was waking up in the morning and looking out at the lake from the kitchen window while we drank coffee and ate breakfast. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Every evening at 5:00 they delivered happy hour drinks and appetizers to our cottage, and every morning breakfast was delivered right to our room. The food was wonderful, especially the breakfasts! The entire property is beautiful and incredibly well maintained, with gorgeous lake views and such a peaceful atmosphere. We had our wedding ceremony outside by the lake, and it honestly couldn’t have been a more beautiful setting for such a special moment. Most of all, everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The Inn made our wedding weekend feel incredibly special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. We will definitely be back — this will always be a very special place for us!

5 for sure. As I shared with my wife it's the attention to detail at your place that makes it a great place to stay. Well manicured property, attentiveness and friendliness of staff (including how they dress up at work), nice little surprises ( bottle of champaign waiting in our room as well as an anniversary card), excellent food, and just the inviting atmosphere and tranquility of the overall property. Perhaps the best compliment we can give you is that we decided to spend the day at your place relaxing and reading instead of going sightseeing. It was just what we needed! Just spent three fabulous nights at this property. The grounds are gorgeous with a beautiful view of the lake; the complimentary evening appetizers and wine delightful, the rooms are lovely, a steam shower and soaking tub, and the nicest people you would ever want to meet on staff. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. Also walking distance to the cutest town square with wine and shopping. We ate at three great restaurants …1890 Grille; Farinas Italian and sandwiches to go from the Filling Station. Thumbs up to all!

Such a lovely experience in a beautiful setting. The comfort and care the owners provide sets this Inn on Lake Granbury above par! We travel a lot and not all places check the boxes. Cleanliness, comfort, the grounds, the views, the pool, the food and the responsiveness of the staff are 100%. The location is easy to find and close to the historic downtown center will bring right on the lake. There is a garden you enjoy while eating breakfast outside that attracts bumble bees and monarch butterflies. So pleasant!
