"I love this hotel 😭😭😭 like there is a beautiful beaches inside the hotel, a nice swimming pool there, and a delicious restaurant!! 😭😭 and there is musician performance at night (I really love it)!! The staff there are just sooo helpful!! Like our stingray city snorkelling trip got cancelled by the agent we booked, but then the captain in cayman sun splash tours just being SOOOO helpful, and he helped us calling different agent within cayman island, and eventually we make out stingray city trip before we left 😭😭 we re absolutely grateful for that!! Overall the experience is just soooo good for me & my frds, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!"

"This new hotel is first-class at every level. From the welcome upon arrival, to dinner, and assisting with excursion reservation. We lived our the guest room. is a mini suite with high end appliances m, sectional sofa, and marble bar counter for dining. The bed, oh the bed was so comfortable. It took no time to fall asleep. The shower was just as fabulous. Finally, the elliptical pool and bar with views of the water was the cherry on top. Come as a couple or bring your family. Everything you need is walkable to this hotel."

"My family and I just completed one of our best trips ever. Palm Heights lives up to any review or TikTok from its location on 7 mile beach, the amazing service, unique design, and delicious food and beverage. Whether you are relaxing in a lounge chair by the ocean or enjoying happy hour at the Coconut Club, you will not be disappointed. The food at all of the restaurants is wonderful, and the specialty drinks in the speakeasy are so fun…if you can find it. There are so many people who contributed to this wonderful experience, but I want to give a special thank you to Caroline, our concierge. She helped us with all the traditional items like reservations and activities, but she also went above and beyond when we needed things like aloe or a swim shirt. We were sad to leave but will definitely return. Cheers!"

"The room was great. Not allot to do on this side of the island but no where near as busy as Seven Mile beach. The all inclusive was not really worth it. Would have actually been less of we had just paid as we went since we do not drink so much. People were very helpful and always happy."
