I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was incredible. When I check in they wanted  me to upgrade my room for a fee (about $45 US) but I figured, all the room have great views. I doesn’t matter if I had a city view. It was still incredible. The pool, spa, steam room and sauna were clean enough. Around the steam room there was a permanent pee odor in one  of the showers. That should be improved. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. The hotel is big and the restaurant seems inadequate to handle this much people at a times. Maybe they could open another restaurant to handle peak hours. The room was clean and had a large number of amenities. The TV set is a bit too small for the room. This was a great stay. The Grand Hyatt is a good option is you want to stay near the bund.

The views were absolutely spectacular! The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices. My room was incredibly spacious, and the service throughout my stay was very attentive. A special mention goes to Lorna, whose meticulous and thoughtful service, including pre-arranging my room, made my check-in and overall stay exceptionally comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely choose Grand Hyatt Hotel again for my next visit.

Staff at concierge and reception did provide services but  not truly friendly and not sincere, I have.not experienced this not welcoming feeling from anywhere Grand Hyatt in other countries

A truly wonderful stay. Facilities are.really top.class and the range of restaurants in the grand hyatt is excellent.
Staff interactions in all areas were pleasant and helpful.
Would definitely stay again

The price is average, there are 3 cable cars at the entrance of the hotel, but the road is still under construction, you can take the shuttle bus to the cable car station, not far from the hotel, the hotel has a snow house, free cabinets can store snowboards
