"Very good!"
Residence Inn Grand Rapids Downtown
"The hotel is located in an area where you can walk to many museums, restaurants or parks. The downside is that it is a bit noisy at night. You can vaguely hear people talking and cars passing by in the street. There are many activities in the center opposite the hotel, so the traffic is very heavy during dinner time."

"The annex rooms /floors did not have ice machines. There was no fridge in the room. The grout in the shower was disgusting. The rooms were very small. The sheets did not seem crisp or clean. The floor was unclean and has threads and hair on it. The rooms were way way way overpriced-$350 per nite for a tiny unclean room"

"Service was very helpful. Since I was going to be arriving after hours, I was called with how to access the key card for my room. The highlighted map inside was great to find my room. I was a little nervous when I first arrived to the room, because the shades were open and a few lights as well as the TV were on. It made me feel like there was already someone in the room. I entered the room with my key and took a look around, but there was nobody there. The area where this hotel is located is nice. There is a lot of shopping and food areas nearby. The room was pretty clean, but it had a faint smell of smoke. One of the shades in the room by the door I couldn't see how to close them, so that made me nervous, because then you could see into the room, and when you look in that window it looks directly at the bed area. That made me feel slightly uncomfortable since I'm not familiar with the area."
