"We are so pleased we picked Allington Manor for our ceremony and wedding breakfast. Leo and the team were so kind and helpful, always trying to make it a smooth process and answering any questions we had. The manor was beautiful and the newly renovated gardens were perfect. We used the recommended chef Damien and the food was amazing, he even catered for all our families allergens and dietary requirements. We would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed at Travelodge Grantham South Witham for one night while travelling between places. I’ve stayed at Travelodges before, and this was one of the worst- and I’m not even talking about it being old and dated. The room was filthy. The bathroom was dirty, with black mould streaming from the shower when you turned it on, so I had to wait for it to clear. There was no soap in the dispenser by the sink. The toilet had yellow stains under the seat. The bedding looked fresh but had stains on it, which was disgusting. I know it’s a budget stay, but I’d still expect the room to be clean. There was also no hairdryer in the room, which you’d think would be a near-minimum nowadays. One word: disgusting. Stay somewhere else if you can."

"The room smelled strongly. Check-in was very late: 4 PM, and check-out was required to be early, between 6 and 11 PM. The service was average. Many charging ports were out of charge. It was very noisy outside until after 10 PM, showing no regard for the customer's feelings. Not a recommended stay."

"Initial reception staff not too friendly or informative. The room was supposed to be superior but was quite basic, maybe just bigger. Went there on a ****** mystery weekend which was disappointing and the food wasn’t great. Breakfast was good. And the location for what we wanted was good."

"For the price you pay, this is very good. I'll start with what I liked. Good location within a very short walk to town and to the river, where I went for a run. Toiletries include conditioner, which is rare. Receptionist was friendly. Bed was decently comfortable. My niggles? The bathroom, and some other parts of the hotel, smelled a bit of smoke. I could hear the TV of my neighbor. The duvet is very warm, even once the weather has turned warm, but they do provide a fan. The lighting could be better, especially in the bathroom."
