Zimmer und Bad in völlig ausreichender Größe und sehr sauber, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet einfach hervorragend, auch unterm Aspekt Nachhaltigkeit und Müllvermeidung, freundliches Personal, kurz: hier gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Die Sauna habe ich aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht besucht, das Restaurant hat sonntags geschlossen. Im Foyer gibt es rund um die Uhr kostenlos Kaffee und kleines Gebäck zur Selbstbedienung. Das Hotel liegt in Bensheim-Auerbach, bis zum Bahnhof Bensheim fährt ein Bus in wenigen Minuten (Haltestelle beim Hotel). Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. —- Ich werde beim nächsten Besuch in Bensheim gerne wieder im Parkhotel übernachten.

Online-Buchung direkt im Hotel und nicht über Buchungsplattformen. Daher war der erste Drink pro Person Gratis. Danke! Ein kurzfristige Umbuchung von einem zu einem anderen Wochenende war problemlos möglich. Aufgrund der heissen Sommertage war das Zimmer in der Nacht sehr aufgewärmt. Das geöffnete Fenster brachte erfolgreiche Abkühlung. Das Frühstück (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war reichhaltig und vielseitig. An einem Kaffeeautomat hinter der Reception kann jederzeit Kaffee geholt werden.

Das Hotel ist direkt an einer Kreuzung an der Bundesstraße gelegen und besteht offensichtlich aus älteren und neuen Gebäudeteilen. In nur wenigen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage dafür einen Roboter der das Essen von der Küche bis zur Terrasse bringt. Im Biergarten lässt sich trotz der Nähe zur Straße nett sitzen und essen. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben dort weder gegessen noch gefrühstückt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Alles in allem vollkommen okay für ein bis drei Übernachtungen.
