Best Western Plus Hotel Elixir Grasse ★★★★
"The room is small and the breakfast is average."
Domaine de la Cascade Parfumée ★★★★
"**A true gem in Grasse** Domaine de la Cascade Parfumée is a very special, unique property. The house and rooms have a lot of character, and the owners are incredibly kind—they gave us great local dinner tips and helped us find top-quality perfumes. The grounds smell amazing, filled with the scent of roses, tuberose, jasmine, and elderflower. They also have an incredible collection of citrus trees. They cook everything themselves using fresh produce from their own garden. If you want an authentic, relaxed stay that feels like a home, this is it. Highly recommended."
Logis Hôtel la Bellaudière ★★
"One-time charming hotel with incredibly sympathetic hoteliers. Isabelle and François devour their guests. Super beds, very well sleeped. Each room has its own charm. The restaurant was very good."
Hotel Panorama
"Horrible hotel! Reception that looks like a cemetery with plastic flowers... dust etc. Breakfast room closed at 8:30 am when it was supposed to open at 7 am. Elevator in my opinion not standard, bed linen dirty and out of date. Bathroom door that does not close or is blocked! We gave up breakfast so disgusted by the overall state of the hotel and all that for more than €80 per night! Run away!"
Skylark Bed & Breakfast ★★★
Les Petites Terrasses ★★★
"It's a beautiful accommodation where everything is just right. A pool, a lovely twin-bedded room with a shower and window, a fantastic breakfast, and Francois, a super-charming and gracious host who also cooks excellent meals in the evenings upon request. What more could a guest want? We can wholeheartedly and warmly recommend Francois and his chambre d'hote. Grasse is also relatively untouristy and well-located for attractive mountain villages or Cannes. Francois is happy to provide tips for excursions and parking options."
Bastide Saint Antoine - Relais & Châteaux ★★★★★
"What a huge disappointment, but then again perhaps we should have anticipated this given that they never replied to several emails we had sent a month before arrival. We had reserved a suite as on their website site it showed a beautiful contemporary one. Unfortunately ours was nothing like that at all. Ours was vintage Provencale style and with a very weird layout. The small bathroom was off the bedroom but the toilet and bidet were in another room accessed through a small closet-sized room that had the coffee machine, and off the living room. There was a balcony that had a small view of the valley, but almost all just roof tiles, plus the handle to open the door to it didn’t work properly. The lights in the living room flickered. One sink had a large crack in it. Another thing that I do not expect in a supposedly 5 star property is hangers that clip into the hooks. The WiFi was poor. The shower is small and the drain kept clogging plus it takes ages for hot water to come. The toilet seat was loose. They did however let us check in very early as the suite had not been occupied the night before. We stayed in another Relais & Chateaux property on this trip and it too had problems. In future we will avoid this chain."
