"the staff are supper helpful, kind and with high level of service orientation. rooms are convinient, clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and the weak wifi was an advantage..... less screen time and more view time at lake Como and the surrounding.. it is a pity that they don't have a real option for dinner since the nearby alternatives are limited. worthwhile to stay here! "The lake and mountain view from our cosy room for three was genuinely beautiful, and a special mention goes to the brunette waitress with glasses, who was always smiling, helpful, attentive, and brought such a positive energy. That said, our room was in the older part of the hotel and really needs updating, and we were disappointed to find a hair in the bed and that the shower and toilet were not properly clean. We were also disturbed at night by the garden and emergency-exit lights, although the hotel reacted quickly to cover them. Breakfast was decent overall, but we often found small pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and a bit more variety like smoked salmon or avocado would be welcome, while dinner felt too expensive for the quality, so we preferred eating at nearby restaurants."

"We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The Junior Suite with a balcony facing the lake is spacious and clean with a wooden floor. The whole building is in an excellent condition. We liked the breakfast very much. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. For our opinion the best Hotel at a reasonable rate in Gravedona"
