Stayed for 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful reception. Rooms are spacious and simple. No A/C which makes the rooms very hot during the hot nights. A fan was in the room but didn't help much. No fridge in the room, TV didn't function. Breakfast was good with a simple choice of cold meat and cheese. I enjoyed my stay but am not sure why the hotel has 4*.

I stayed at the Hotel Stoiser in Graz for 3 nights. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. However, I was informed of this when booking. I find that very nice. The price/performance ratio is good. There was always a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The breakfast is good. The tram is 3 minutes away and takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. If you don't mind noise and just want to stay for the night, it's okay. Timm Günther, Mainz Kostheim

Mein Zimmer riecht nach verwertetem Zigaretten-Qualm. Dementsprechend unbefriedigend war die Nacht. Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht, es gib bessere Alternativen. Die Parkplatzsituation lobe ich, allerdings sollte dem Hotel der Komfort der Zimmer wichtiger sein.

Super Hotel; ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb von Graz.
Zimmerausstattung und Dekoration der Lobby/Treppenhaus lässt ein wenig zu wünschen. Im allgemeinen jedoch ein sehr nettes und gemütliches Hotel mit großen Zimmern.
Frühstück ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight!

Hotel molto pulito, camere ampie! Tuttavia alcuni servizi lasciano desiderare! Trattasi di Hotel a 4 stelle e nessuno sapeva parlare italiano! L'inglese da alcuni veniva parlato, da altri no! La TV via satellite non prevede la visione della TV italiana! Si è rotto un rubinetto del lavandino del bagno. Abbiamo comunicato tale guasto al mattino alle 10.00, a ben 2 persone diverse e alle 17.00, al nostro rientro in camera, non era stato ancora riparato e, ci hanno fatto cambiare alloggio! Una sera, mentre eravamo fuori a cena, un numero sconosciuto ci ha chiamato e, pensando fosse uno spam, non abbiamo risposto! Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo scoperto che la reception aveva chiuso alle 21.00 e, noi eravamo fuori dalla porta dell'hotel, senza chiave! Abbiamo chiamato un numero di emergenza e la persona che ci ha risposto ci ha dato un codice per accedere. La sera dopo, ovvero sabato, ci hanno chiamati per dire che la reception avrebbe chiuso alle 19.00! Ora, siamo nel mese di Agosto e in un hotel a 4 stelle e la reception chiude come un albergo di ultima categoria?

Ich habe mich ganz einfach richtig wohl gefühlt. Super Zimmer,zwar nur mit Ventilator, trotzdem sehr sauber.Traumhaftes Frühstücksbuffet.Super nettes Personal und tolle Chefin.Grosser Parkplatz und ganz in der Nähe die Strassenbahn um ins Zentrum zu kommen.
