1) When I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM, I found out that the hotel closes at 10:00 PM. The reception desk was empty, no one was there, and I hadn't received any emails or notifications. I tried calling the receptionist on duty, but he didn't answer. I tried calling the number provided by ***********, but they said, "Come back in the morning." Ultimately, I couldn't get into the hotel, and my money was gone. 2) Moreover, the hotel had the nerve to charge me 6 euros for parking. 3) There are no receptionists at the hotel—the owner cut corners on everything. What if something bad happens, like a fire? Maybe the owner cut corners on the fire extinguisher, too? 4) I know that some organisations (specially apartments) doesn't work 24/7 but neither *********** nor hotel predicted me during booking. Actually after hotel kicked me out, it send me instructions how to open safe with room key when reception sleeps, But sent AFTER, not before I came and lost both money and mood. Actually email indicated the closing time of 9pm, not 10pm as was mentions at reception itself
