Loma Cottages

Stayed here 3 nights in a 2 bedroom cabin. This was actually my third choice for accommodation but I was so glad we stayed here. Nice and peaceful, away from busy Adventure Bay but only short and pretty drive to sights and importantly the Bruny Hotel. 2 bedroom was very spacious ( friends stayed in the 1 room and found it a little small), well thought out and set up. Queen bed with plenty of hanging and cupboard space and lots of great sturdy hangers. Small desk/dressing table and mirror. Kitchen area was spacious and had all the equipment you would want and some supplies. Small deck had a picnic table with a lovely pot of flowers. Large bathroom and shower and proper basin with counter space and drawers. 4 seater wooden table and 2 x2 seater lounges overlooking the property grounds. Only thing missing was a washing machine which would be a fantastic addition. Everything quite new / in excellent condition and as others have mentioned exceptionally clean. Host very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend the 15 minute easy stroll to Cemetery Beach and walk along the beach.

A small, modern and immaculately presented cabin with everything you could need for your stay. The host was wonderful providing information on what would be or wouldn’t be available on Bruny Island and giving many helpful hints on where to eat, etc. The location is quiet and peaceful in a natural setting with the bonus of seeing wallabies and echidnas feeding in the evenings and in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.

We thought the cottages looked Scandinavian upon arrival but the inside wowed. Spotlessly clean, kitchen well stocked with everything one could wish for in a cabin/cottage, a comfortable bed, and delightful view over Daniels Bay. Wallabies grazed outside and a pair of robin redbreasts made an appearance which made our day. After a busy day at the Lighthouse, Adventure Bay and Bruny Island Premium wines, it was wonderful to come home to a nice cup of tea with a view of the sun sinking into the west.

Lovely small complex of four cottages . Everything you need is available in a compact unit . The bathroom is spacious and sparkling . The views are lovely and the beach is an easy walk . It is so quiet and peaceful and the bed is comfortable a good nights sleep is guaranteed. It is an easy drive to the Hotel Bruny for an evening meal if required . However there is an adequate kitchen and lovely communal barbecue area with covered seating adjacent to a fine fire pit . Highly recommend staying here . It was an excellent find .

This is a little hidden gem, immaculately clean, very private, designed with comfort and practicality in mind, love the guest book idea and enjoyed reading other guests feedback…the wildlife are right at your doorstep and the hosts are friendly and accommodating, would really recommend this place to stay when visiting Bruny, thank you for a lovely, relaxing, peaceful weekend away 😊

we stayed in the one room cottage for two nights...it was spot loosely clean and modern...the floors are beautiful... the kitchen is well equipped with even a pod coffee machine with pods...there were wallabies in the yard who were wonderful to watch...we enjoyed our time here...
