Bed Bugs!!! Upon arrival late at night, we were happy to be finally able to come to a rest after 14 hours on the road. The first impression was good as everything looked rather modern and still new. Unfortunately, when we checked our mattress for any signs of bed bugs, we found two of them. Alive. They were on the box of the box spring! We immediately left the room and notified the gentlemen at the front desk who weren't surprised at all, it seemed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room that had no signs of pest, but staying there still made us feel uneasy.

The room overall was clean . Staff were very helpful explaining where the laundry facilities were in the building and how it worked. Breakfast offered several options for protein as well as fresh fruit and carbohydrates. I would have given this hotel 5/5 but rated it 4/5 due to either gnats that entered my room through a crack in the hotel window screen or through the AC.

Overall fine stay, the river view with the patio is great. The bathtub is SOOO slick, slipped and got a gaunt gash in my shin and a huge bruise.

Breakfast options were ok, nothing to get excited about. Clean eating area. Everything was well stocked. The $75 pet fee is higher compared to other hotels.

The room was very nice, Multiple chargers for all devices, nice work area. Nice workout area. Clean pool area.

This was an amazing hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Pet friendly. Beautiful view!!

Room was clean , staff was friendly , breakfast was good. I wish housekeeping would’ve cleaned our room on our stay and brought us clean towels

1) Really need to replace the extraordinarily tiny, weak mini-fridges with the larger ones (with ice compartments) that most better hotels have. These cheap little ones barely cool below room temp (we tried 3 rooms). 2) Need to fix the broken WIFI. 3) TV's are paired with a Playstation control box. While these boxes enable some streaming, they also lock you out of chosing your own additional streaming services. On the plus side, mgmt was very understanding of our problems and readily refunded us when we chose to move to a new hotel in spite if our partial-refund booking. We GREATLY appreciate this!
