Holiday Inn GREAT FALLS-CONVENTION CENTER by IHG

Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

It was a great place to stay in Great Falls. The staff Raymond and his co worker they were amazing. Very professional and helpful. Place was clean and I would stay there again.

The hotel did not have complimentary breakfast but was close to other restaurants. Very nice hotel and would stay again.

Plumbing problems are understandable, but the sub-par room in a high-traffic and noisy area that they moved me was not worth the room charge.

Was a decent hotel. Large rooms and clean. Shuttle service was great to have and the driver was friendly and prompt.

Beautiful hotel! They have a waterfall inside that kids can throw coins in. Staff are all friendly and helpful! The room was clean and easy to access.

There was no continental breakfast especially for a big family that are traveling especially when kids love to make their own waffles and pick there food.

Stayed only one night, hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were excellent, helpful, got us checked in early. Hot tub was clean and nice, disappointed it closed at 10pm but not unexpected.
