our room plus Ensuite was clean and quite adequate for our stay
with parking and close to the beach.
We found the owners very friendly and the breakfast will set you up for the day.

2nd time of staying here and once again what an amazing time Larry and Linda great people Great little hotel with an amazing cooked breakfast short walk to the beach and shops Clean rooms and great beds Can't fault this place and a great price aswell Will be back again for another stay Thanks

Used this place a long time ago before COVID remembered it being clean all the rooms en suite so had a few days near Christmas £36 with a full English breakfast fantastic value Linda nipping in the room emptying the bin making the bed Larry always dressed smart and presentable I don't know what happened to all the other hotels they are on the decline tired and dated they want way to much money for one night.

The owner let us park on motorbikes right in front of accomidation blocking the bikes in with his car. A nice size room for two people everything worked. The breakfast in the morning was really good. All cooked very well. Its a nice location you can see the sea from some of the rooms. I’ll definitely return.

I stayed at the hotel with my 10 year old daughter and we were both very pleased with the hotel. A great greeting upon arrival by Linda, nice cosy room with nice comfortable beds, all the usual amenities in the room although the shower sounded like a jet engine when first turned on but that’s a very very minor thing and didn’t bother us at all, room was very clean and tidy. Larry does a mean breakfast. All in all a home from home, Larry and Linda are amazing hosts, my daughter really enjoyed seeing the dogs too. Definitely will be booking for next year. 5 stars.

Spotlessly clean, great location near to the sea front, pier and shops, dog friendly, we stayed for 2 nights with our small dog while visiting family nearby, hosts were lovely and friendly, excellent breakfast, would def book again when in area

Everything was absolutely perfect we really enjoyed our stay Larry and Linda are one amazing couple very polite the breakfast was perfect the bedrooms were clean and bed was so comfy definitely coming back so close to everything recommend to everyone if u want somewhere nice to stay

Had a great 3 night stay - great location and base for seeing a lot of Norfolk. Lovely breakfast, free parking and free wi-fi. The friendly hosts could really have charged more - not that I am complaining! Thank you!

The rooms are so comfortable and have everything you need. Larry and Linda are the most welcoming. They’re always happy to help with anything you need. Make every efforts to socialise in the evening and make you feel at home. Second year of many to come.
