Hotel people in the reception need more training on how to deal with customers, specially foreign cusyomers. No tooth btush, tooth paste, comb, slippers provided which is very basic things provided by other hotels at this price.

Had a great stay at Ginger hotel. Ms. Nisha was very friendly and polite. Liked the customer service. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was easy to access. Good parking facility. All floors are very neat and tidy.

The food prepared was extremely delicious and yet maintained its healthy identify. The chef, Magan Lal, knew his work very well and was well versed in knowledge of the food. There are a variety of dishes served and Magan offers to cook on demand food as requested by the customer. Overall extremely satisfied with the service.

Her warm and welcoming nature truly made a difference and set the tone for a wonderful visit. thnx Nisha *** The rooms were absolutely spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained. I loved the calming décor, comfortable bed, and attention to detail — everything from the fresh linens to the thoughtful little touches made me feel at ease. It’s rare to find a place that’s both stylish and homely, but this hotel nailed it!
