Level Vancouver Yaletown - Seymour

We were hugely impressed with the staff and facilities at Level Yaletown-Seymour, as well as the location. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Our suite was spacious, well equipped and beautifully clean. It was exactly as shown on their website, with extra touches, for example, laundry powder for the washing machine! This accommodation was perfect for our week long stay. It's situated in a lovely, safe area, with many sightseeing places and activities within walking distance, as well as a grocery store and dining venues. Public transport was within easy reach - a 600m, 8 minute walk to the SkyTrain/metro station. Highly recommend this accommodation in Vancouver.

I've stayed all over Vancouver over the years, but this was by far the best stay I've made, and I'll definitely visit and stay here again. One bedroom suite was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped. Full kitchen, stocked with glasses, plates, etc. Full size washer and dryer! Gigantic, walk-in closet, as well as plenty of closet space in the bedroom. No shortage of towels or storage space in the bathroom too. Was only in town three nights this time around, but wished I'd planned a longer visit! Front desk staff were all amazing! Friendly, personal service. I felt like a resident, not just another customer. Centrally located and easy walk to just about anywhere, as well as easy access to public transportation. Wi-Fi was trouble-free, strong signal, and screaming fast. There's an outdoor patio on the sixth floor with a hot tub and small heated pool, and a gas grill! Gym downstairs was more than an afterthought with ample equipment and space, and a sauna! It was also really nice to have a Nespresso machine with proper espresso cups and pods in the room. Really can't say enough about the place. Can't wait to stay here again! There's no restaurant in the hotel, but many nearby places that serve early and late! As others have noted and I can attest, you should definitely pay visit to Nero waffle shop next door before setting out for your day, and swing by Breka bakery on Davie on your way back (it's open 24 hours and just a few blocks away). You won't be sorry. See you again soon!

I was there for my 45th wedding anniversary. You kindly upgraded me to a larger suite we love the cleanliness of the sweet front desk was very helpful. Location of your property was perfect for what we enjoyed. Parking was very easy in and out. It was very nice to be able to have a heated swimming pool and hot tub up and working.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Great view from our room on the 19th floor. Very convenient location. Great waffle place next door and supermarket across the road. Staff on reception were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Totally fell in love with Vancouver and its surroundings

A few friends and I went to celebrate a milestone birthday and our room at the Level was the perfect place to start and end the night! Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, great views and location, lots of space and hot tubing outside on a deck in the middle of downtown Vancouver was the cherry on top. Highly recommend if you want a place to stay and feel like royalty!

This place is just the best. Lovely staff went above and beyond to help us. Rooms lovely and spacious with everything you could wish for, for a pleasant stay. Bed very comfortable and well appointed kitchen. The washer and dryer was well utilised.

I had a great stay at Level Seymour Vancouver. The room had all amenities of a furnished apartment including cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Towels, washroom essentials, detergent etc. is replaced upon request. There is once a week room service. Percent for stays longer than a week.

It was perfect for Valentine’s get away. Two nights, single suite. Having a complete kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and dinners out… so many great restaurants within 3 blocks. We will be back!! From lobby, to hallways, including the room, spotless.
