Luxury Historic 2BR/2BA Loft on North Main St Gvl

Great place! Clean, new, convienent to downtown, just a few blocks from Falls Park. Easy check in/check out. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Not the best experience, even if space is well-appointed1) The door lock is a keypad & it stopped functioning on our 3rd day. We were locked out of loft 3 times & the code would not work. They couldn't figure out why/what was happening. After 2 lockouts they sent someone to change batteries, didn't help. They tried locking/unlocking the door remotely (a little scary from a security standpoint) - didn't work consistently. 3rd time lock seized & they left us standing in the cold with no solution. We had to go late to dinner rez in dirty hiking clothes. As we were halfway to dinner they told us a keybox was available with a key. I asked hosts for some back, they said no.2) excessive street noise. Loft is on corner of 2 major streets - constant traffic, delivery trucks with poor brakes/rattling cargo stopping/starting near bedroom windows, partygoers blasting music at all hours, street cleaning. So bad that the host had earplugs for each room & we found a white noise machine too late. If you are sensitive to noise/would want windows open while sleeping, this is not the place for you.3) parking not easy to find on street. Prepare for 9 /day (12/2025) & to walk from garage to loft with your luggage3) there is a set of 15 steep stairs connecting street level & the entrance to the space. Stairs briefly mentioned but buried in description - would have been useful given my aunt had just had knee replacement. No elevator.4) checkout 10, check in 4.

Charming and gracious host! The condo is so charming, clean, and perfectly located in downtown Greenville. The host provides the perfect amount of high end amenities and the home is beautifully furnished.

Lovely Home in perfect location Perfect home in. Great location. Wonderful people watching through the huge windows. We especially loved the roof top patio to spend time having a drink at night. Comfortable and spacious, beautifully decorated home. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Perfect Property in an Amazing Location Here for a basketball tournament, this property was in the middle of everything. Short walk to Bon Secours, with restaurants and shopping just steps away. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of garage parking 1/2 block from the door. Great furnishings, lots of space, two full baths with large showers in each.
