Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown

Again desk people do not know the hotel they work in. You ask a quite place and they just provide you a room on the street. So lot of noise and air conditionning system is a disaster

9:30 pm attempted to enter our room. Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast not so great, but within walking distance to great restaurants!

The room and location were very good. We’ve stayed here previously. Only issue was key cards not working twice. Breakfast being served until 9:00 didn’t work out too well for us this time. We would defray here again, though.

Beautiful property. Staff was so nice and answered any als all questions. We valeted the car and he was super sweet. The breakfast was great and they kept it super clean. Highly recommend

I was staying in the room alone and the staff accidentally assigned him to my room where I was sleeping and scared me and him to death. It could have been a dangerous situation and they said they would comp my stay, but they only comped one night.

They assigned a man my room in the middle of the night and I was staying alone. They said they would comp both nights, but still charged me for one. It could have been very dangerous for me and I think the hotel needs to take accountability for it.

Parking across the busy street was not ideal, but the property was updated and the room was clean and spacious. Walkable to many restaurants and activities and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only downside was having to use valet. Would’ve rather park my car myself. Otherwise great stay!
