Ice machine on my floor broken all week. Room didn’t have a do not disturb sign so got one from front desk. No kind of information in room about TV channels, hotel basics, etc. Closet door in room didn’t fit doorframe so not only did it not close it was always open some. I stayed in this hotel years ago and liked it, but not so much now. Also, if you’re handicapped and get a handicap room, be aware that there is not a walk or roll in shower but a tub with lots of rails.

Front desk staff were very pleasant. The “non-smoking” room smelled of smoke and ****. And most importantly, there was not a single usb charger in the room. Another couple in the elevator commented on the same issue of no charging stations. The bed was comfortable. Lesson learned / you get what you pay for.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. There was trash all on the floor by the door we came in. The room was clean enough. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. Missed not having any fruit other than apples. Bananas would have been great.

Greenville sc near Greenville mall and downtown...easy check in and out,the staff is very friendly and helpful,the complimentary breakfast is hot and delicious and it's very clean. Our suite was affordable and clean and comfortable our housekeeper cleaned everyday with a smile,we will definitely go back!! THANK YOU TRIP!!

The snacks were too limited. The TV did not work much of the time. For a Deluxe King room, it was smaller than expected. One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside.

The hotel has a good location, about a ten-minute drive from the destination. The breakfast was decent. There's parking available; the hotel is safe, clean, and quiet. Adjusting to the time difference was easy.
