Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

Location is good. Service is poor. No one at desk upon arrival, no bell to ring, waited about 5 minutes. Smells bad, roaches in room, told no more towels when needed 2 extra until morning. Floor in room was damp, black specks all over bedspreads. Dust all over light receptacles. Floor in bathroom was dirty, tub clogged and would not drain well. Water was hot, which is a plus. Hair of some sort in shower, cleaned it down before use with shampoo we brought with us. Checked in late, after midnight. Could not stay any longer due to conditions, left before 6 am.

It was gross, dirty, disgusting and didn’t not feel safe. Also groups in the parking lot arguing etc … all hours of the night. Would never ever stay there again.

Went swimming the pool clean and happy! Got a great night sleep with hot shower, ac comfortably cool and the staff always friendly and helpful! Thank you Days Inn We love you

The property needs to be updated ! There was trash overflow and the 3 rd floor smelled. We didn’t even have a hair dryer in our room and when we asked for one and a couple more wash cloths we never received any ! We will NEVER stay at this place again. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room either and our window blinds were torn and didn’t work. The front desk wasn’t ANY help ! Save your money people, look elsewhere !

It's a Days Inn, so expectations are low as one of the lowest priced options. Biggest issue: extremely poor management. Booked 2 rooms for a Saturday night with a huge concert nearby (Ella Langley & Morgan Wallen). While planning transportation, I called 2 weeks in advance to request early check in (standard is 3 p.m.). I was told it would be absolutely no problem; they promised my rooms would be ready no later than 1 p.m. I made them aware of the concert & the expected demand. I offered to pay extra to ensure my 2 rooms would be ready & available; I reiterated that I would be booking bus travel to the show that would require my brother & I to depart by 2:30 if they could guarantee it. The Manager's response confirmed that our rooms would be ready no later than 1 p.m., no extra payment was necessary, do not worry... My brother arrived at 1:15. I arrived at 1:50. Our rooms were not ready. We were told: we're sorry, we didn't expect so much occupancy, so the cleaning staff is behind. There's nothing we can do. I literally brought this to their attention to prevent this! We offered to just check-in to get our room keys to have that part out of the way; we just wanted to use the bathroom & it to be ready when we returned. We did not care if it would be cleaned while we were away. Nope. Company policy. Finally checked in after the show at 2 a.m. Surprised they hadn't resold our rooms. They were 100% full. They probably would have if we hadn't made a fuss earlier.
